Wonderful staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. There was even lots of hot water for a shower! The breakfast choices were excellent and the food was well done and tasty. The property is garden like with many plants and trees, sitting spaces and paths between buildings. A wonderful setting for rest and relaxing.

Great place to stay for 2 days before our safari while we explored entebbe. All staff were very welcoming and hospitable. Our host, Gift, was particularly welcoming and friendly.

Enjoyed the beautiful greenery. The rooms had a view and were quite spacious. Getting to the hotel was wonderful because it was late and they greeted me with juice. Laundry was included which was a bonus. Food could be more flavourful

Great service, very nice people, a beautiful place, comfy bed with mosquito nets, and a really great breakfast with each morning included. Dinner costs but I tried it once and it was good as well. Dinner runs about $20-30. Free shuttle from the airport on arrival but be aware that it is normally $20 for a ride back to the airport. Will stay here again!

The food is exceptional, its quality rivaled only by the quality of the customer service! The property was immaculately clean and ready to make your stay outstanding! We enjoyed our one night stay here. It was very, very quiet. We must have caught them at a quiet time as we did not see anyone else staying here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The dining area was beautiful. They have a large deck to sit and enjoy your meals. The gardens are beautiful! The monkeys in the trees were fun to watch. The staff were helpful and kind.

The rooms were clean and safe but there was no air conditioning so it got a little warm for us. We felt safe while we were at the property. We did not seek to go out off the property for anything so we can't comment on that. Great value for the money.

Papyrus Guesthouse made my girls and my son's stay welcoming and warm. After a mix up at the airport the family were tired and hungry. The staff was very kind to let them check in so late and still feed them. I appreciate them being attentive and kind and the rooms are beautiful. I highly recommend them.
