The place is in the heart of the city and everything was good. EXCEPT one thing the toilets. BUT the issue is not the maids becuase they always do their work as good as they could. THE ISSUE WERE THE RESIDENTS WHO WERE VERY URISPECTFUL TO OTHERS.

This is a smooth property owner and site to deal with and stay. The security went above and beyond, helping with bag storage, and even tried to find me a cheaper date for my return Lyft. The room and bathrooms were clean. Even free shower soap and towels were provided.

Nous arrivons suite à un retard de 6h de notre avion à New York. Au cours de la semaine on prévient de l’heure de notre arrivée, la gérante nous répond aucun souci avec l’horaire ( preuve écrite) + prévenue du retard suite au vol. À notre arrivée elle nous prend à part dans les étages nous annonce qu’elle a annulé nos 8 nuits et qu’elle garde l’argent dans sa totalité. Elle nous demande de repayer, remet la chambre qu’elle refuse de nous montrer en location devant nous ( qu’elle reloue rapidement). Elle garde le prix de la location plus toutes les taxes. Hôtels.com est contacté immédiatement. Pas de solution de remplacement, aucun remboursement accepté. La police est venue a constaté les faits, plainte, consulat … déclaration de fraude auprès de la ville. Nous avons tout perdu ! Nous avons dû payer un nouveau logement de dernière sur New York … la gérante a déjà été condamnée, Courtiers envoyés, nombreuses heures en tchat, personne ne réagit ! Nous avons été les seuls de notre vol à avoir subi ça, pourtant tous les passagers ont eu 6h de retard ! Une honte ! Un beau cadeau d’anniversaire bien gâché par cet hôtel et ceux à qui nous avons payé, qui eux aussi ont pris l’argent sans scrupule : hotels.com

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at this hotel, and both times were perfect especially if you get a room with a private bathroom. The only thing we thought was a little weird was that we had to buy our own toilet paper and garbage bags. It wasn’t a big deal, but for the price we paid, we figured they would at least supply more toilet paper. One roll isn’t enough for four people staying three nights, lol.

C’est la pire place que j’ai visité. This is the worst hotel that I visited in my life! There was something that ate my bags of chips and croissants in my room on the first night. I texted the hotel through the application to complain. No apology. And the feedback was: there is no pets in our accommodations. So who or what ate my food if it was not us?? I have pictures and videos to prove that we did not ate the bags of chips! The hotel did not help at all and no apology as I said previously. I do no recommend this place. I will never go back there. The worst hotel. I visited all these places in my life: Boston, Miami, Denver, LA, Quebec City, France, Spain, Greece, Italy, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Australia , New Zeland. It’s not my first stay in a hotel, I’m not a newbee.

I have to reserve double because they cancelled my first reservation telling me I arrived after checkin hour, I arrived around 2am because a flight delay and long rows in airport customs, I have to sleep in a bench with my wife and kid because at that hour there wasn´t anybody that can help, finally when I can talk to someone a lady called Eliza told me they have cancelled my 9 day reservation because I arrived past checkin hour, that I have to pay again with no reimbursement, I have to paid again to have a place to stay during my visit to NY, beware of this property, they said the system automatically cancelled the reservation when there wasn´t any electronic registration available at front desk, their "system" is a bunch of envelopes with the names of the guests and physical keys in them. Air condition machines are poor installed so they have gaps with the wall that permit sound to enter the room so loud noise enter, share bathroom is not always clean, showers have no place to put anything (soap, shampoo, towel) it´s very uncomfortable, I wouldn´t recommend this place. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that is very well located.

If your looking for cheap and close to everything this is the one for you; BUT Very small rooms and ac doesn't work great but gets the job done on hot days. Also the shared bathroom is like a campground bathroom two stall that are showers then two stalls that are regular stalls with toilets either way would stay again

Property pictures arent exactly accurate. Not every room has a private bathroom, my room I booked had community bathrooms and showers; which isn't bad but does make bringing kids a challenge. Other than that it's an excellent area, minutes from almost everything

Let me start with the room. It was next to the trash room si the whole corridor was stinking There was no soap provided. When we called the desk the lady was very rude and told us this is what we get and if need soap we should go to a luxury hotel. The room was bare minimum with 3 beds in a studio with a very small kitchen. The water in the bathroom was not hot enough the towels were napkin sizes. Overall it was not a nice experience. Probably the worst and rudest customer service we got

Property pictures arent exactly accurate. Not every room has a private bathroom, my room I booked had community bathrooms and showers; which isn't bad but does make bringing kids a challenge. Other than that it's an excellent area, minutes from almost everything

Let me start with the room. It was next to the trash room si the whole corridor was stinking There was no soap provided. When we called the desk the lady was very rude and told us this is what we get and if need soap we should go to a luxury hotel. The room was bare minimum with 3 beds in a studio with a very small kitchen. The water in the bathroom was not hot enough the towels were napkin sizes. Overall it was not a nice experience. Probably the worst and rudest customer service we got
