Excellent location within walking distance of bars and restaurants. It’s an old, cute neighborhood, which brings in a few quirks, but ultimately an experience I would recommend.

This rental is a lovely little house. It's very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. There is a great cafe/restaurant just a 2 minute walk away. We will probably stay again when visiting family.
One pointbof caution: the stairs may be too much for someone with joint problems or other mobility issues.

This place was perfect with so many cool place to eat and great local bars within a short walk. It's also really close to downtown. Other than a lack of towel hooks in the bathroom I can't think of anything this place didn't have. I will definitely see if this place is available next time I'm in Atlanta.

It was a cool old house. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. There were loose floor tiles, and peeling paint. There was plenty of space, we were able to relax and spread out. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the air conditioning unit upstairs did its job. We were unable to find parking when we first arrived. We drove around for a half an hour, looking for a space, and finally found one three blocks from the rental property. After that, we were able to park close. The location was very nice, we felt safe and there were cool places to walk to. They had good customer service. The manager was easy to get a hold of. Considering its location, it was reasonably priced. Overall, I would give it a thumbs up. But as I said above, the bathroom really needed some repair and more thorough cleaning.

This place was an amazing stay and very spacious place for the family definitely a 10/10 stay ! Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything ! I loved the layout and the beds were comfortable wil def pick this again for future trips the host was very well communicated and i had no problem entering the home
