Aloft Fort Worth Downtown

Hotel is in a great location and the room nice but small. Parking is terrible. It’s only valet and there is no room anywhere to actually park your car so you have to circle hotel to wait for someone to leave the one car valet area on the street. Because there are so many other hotels in FW I wouldn’t stay here again even though hotel itself is fine

No public parking available, there is valet parking but they dont attend you when you enter the property.

I enjoyed my stay here tremendously. Everyone was very nice, and the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. My bed was raised in the middle, so I had to scoot to the center to be comfortable. But that is my only complaint.

Hotel is really prettt, breakfast is great foe peices you pay is a down rown hotel so be ready ro pay valer parking $37 per night. Eveeything was going well until I slipped and dell coming out of elevator at the pool floor there ia no sign that saya floor might be wet, and when onw of the feont deak attendees came ahe may it seem that iit waa my fault. Her words where " this is the pool flloor of course is gonna be wet" she was veey rude i stated it was fine shw sis not habe to do anything but it was because of how eude ahe was beong not bwcause od how i was feeling at the time i hurt my knee really bad. I wwnt ronlobnyband spoke to Gael he was veey nice and helped me more than Roxane. Thank you Gael doe assisting me. I sent an email to manager still waiting for an answer.

Cleanness

Nice area, valet staff was very friendly. Loved the room for the most part. Very clean. The room we had was one with a connecting door, that wall had less noise cancelation than the other walls. Only complaint is the guests in the other room were very loud and could be heard through that wall.

Aloft in downtown Fort Worth was an awful experience. I booked on Expedia, like I always do, and within 10 minute window I realized I booked the wrong night by accident. I was a day off. I tried to cancel and rebook for the correct night and was told no, it was non refundable. I was only going to switch it to the correct date. So the booking turned into two nights instead of one. Night two, (I was not there) my drunk boyfriend was in the room, and walked down to get a sandwich. He forgot his room key in the room. He asked the front desk for a key. He was told no because he did not have his ID, also left in his wallet in the room. He asked if someone could come with to look at his ID in the room and pointed out, the front desk employee just saw him walk out. I was on the phone with him, and the front desk employee was acting unprofessional, unreasonable and antagonizing him, which worked. He yelled at the employee and got trespassed. He was not allowed to get his belongings, including his wallet, his car keys (for next day), and was told if he returned the police would arrest him. He had nothing and was out on the street in the middle of the night. If that employee would have handled the situation differently, none of that would have happened. He would have gone to his room, ate his sandwich and went to sleep. I will never book with this hotel chain again. They are not flexible or reasonable.

I loved it

The hotel looks beautiful in photos. It’s close to downtown (driving distance from stockyards). However, once you’re actually in the room it’s quite cheap feeling. The sheets are awful. Our sheets were dirty with some time of bug shell. The couch in the room was dingy and ragged and so was the carpet. The hotel is also extremely loud. We could hear our neighbors talking and cars racing by until 2a. Definitely will not be booking here again.

We had a great stay. Check-in was quick and easy. You cannot beat the location. The hotel is located in the heart of the stockyards. Walking distance to everything down there. We enjoyed the hotel bar. Great drinks and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was conveniently located. The room was very large and newly remodeled.
