Amrit Ocean Resort and Residences - Singer Island

I would have liked to have a shop in the hotel that offered things to take into your room. Soda, sunscreen, magazines, aspirin other toiletries. Also i would have liked a makeup miror in the bathroom and a clock in the room. The staff ws great and the atmosphere was peaceful. I loved the facilities and the spa.

Service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and so nice. Kenneth at the bar was the best! The rooms were beautiful. I did think they could have been a little bit more clean. It wasn’t awful but floors could have been done better.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. They set up our chairs and umbrellas daily when we went to the beach, there was a little bar by the beach if you needed a drink. Room was super clean, spacious. There is a daily resort and valet fee, but it was worth it.

The Amrit is a great option when you need to stay in the greater Palm Beach area. On the southern part of Singer Island just north of Palm Beach it’s still a quick drive to get to downtown Palm Beach to see the area. The hotel and resort gives you access to the pool, a private beach of directly for hotel guests or condo residents and a spa area fitted with a jacuzzi, cold plunge, sauna steam room and salt room. Overall I think the stay was reasonably priced. Some cons I will add is it rather pricey for the

Amrit is ideally located beachfront. Once you get here - you don't need to leave. The hotel, beach, restaurants and spa all in one spot makes it easy to stay for 4-5 days without leaving the property. If you want to eat off site, you'll need a car to get to West Palm Beach for high end restaurants and entertainment. Suggestions for the property. They use a token with a QRC to get to the property's website. But they promote the QRC code as the entry point to get room service. I never found the room service section to order food. This needs to be more prominent on the website and more intuitive. The Spa equipment and personnell are excellent. But they can use a more intuitive website for the spa. Luckily one of the spa schedulers called me and informed me that I'd accidentally booked 4 of the same treatments at the same time! But the spa itself is worth the trip! The hammam experience is heavenly! And the mens and coed sauna, cold plung and hot tubs were great. Unfortunately the steam rooms were out of service. My wife and I enjoyed 5 days at Amrit and we're planning to go back.

My family loved this property because it was clean and the staff were quick to help. Our issue wasn’t the price necessarily but rather the pressure for tips. The staff working in the building were incredibly nice and helpful but bring cash for the beach. Tips are expected and determine the treatment received. Overall it was a great experience for my wife and I but there were little to no amenities for children. All of the spa amenities displayed online are not included and require additional charges. The building hosts hotels guests and residences but a majority of the building is reserved for the residence only, such as the roof top advertising the telescope.

STAFF SERVICE AND ATTITUDE WAS THAT OF A 2 STAR HOTEL HAVING LITTLE TO NO AWARENESS FOR BEING IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. STAFF CHEAPENED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE EVEN THOUGH I STAYED FOR 3 NIGHTS

Clean & Sofisticated Hotel. I would most definitely stay again and again.

Very relaxing.

It’s a 5 star hotel with 3.5 star experience. It’s a new hotel, needs some help with management but it’ll be great in a year or two once they figure out their personnel issues. It’s worth staying there for the current price. Just don’t expect immediate services yet.

Excellent hotel 5 stars

Beautiful hotel on the beach. The beach access path was surprisingly difficult to find, more signage would be helpful.

We only had one problem. We were staying in the Residence and the washer worked but the dryer didn't. We met Mr. Sezgin, the general manager, and advised him of the issue. He said it would be taken care of but never heard from him or his staff agsin. The only blemish on a great stay.

First off this is advertised as a five star hotel. Maybe could be. Great property with ocean view and ocean access. Fabulous beach and beach amenities. Hotel seems under staffed. Bar area way under staffed at times with no help. Ralston did a great job running around on his own. First day check in under staffed and front desk Edgar short and a bit snarky. Probably because under staffed. Side ocean view not ocean view as advertised. Room temp control did not work properly we were freezing in the morning about 60-62 degrees thermostat set at 68-70. Said fixed but still did not work same issue everyday. Again great location nice look but not very good on the staffing side.

Just wanted to say that I really did expect a lot from this “beautiful beach front new wellness resort”. But in the end got nothing but a big disappointment and specially on my bday weekend. Not only did we not get any upgrade with a hotel being empty but hit a real attitude during check in process or anytime we tried to get anything done. Always heard a “No” to any request . Absolutely u professional stuff overall. No one knows what they are doing , always made us feel like we didn’t matter , room service was nowhere to be found after calling for 2 days. Spa that suppose to be a beautiful Expirience was extremely unorganized and dirty with towels and everything just on the floor. steam room didn’t even work. And to originally have a tour of the facilities you apparently have to wait for a next day, when it was completely empty inside. Restaurant unfortunately a big disappointment as well, had to wait for 2 hours to even get a first round of drinks for a bday brunch , while our server was a bartending at the same time and trying his hardest to remember where to go and what to do , they definitely need a new manager in place and more stuff. More overall well trained people in the hospitality industry. While the building itself is new and rooms are modern , it’s a completely mismanaged situation. I would give it 3 stars the top. Now i understand the price better. I think it has such a great potential but for some reason no one is interested in making it better!

Definitely NOT 5 star. Stayed in a residence suite. Had no housekeeping, NO kitchen supplies except coffee, one plate and 3 forks. Everything was extremely slow and service took forever. Nobody seemed to know what they were really supposed to be doing. We had one room key and was told that’s all we were allowed. Mind you, you need a key to access elevators. The list goes on. Don’t stay there.
