Very nice budget hotel. So much better than the Red Roof around the corner. Don't stay in the Red Roof, it is really bad. Best Western was clean and safe and quiet. I was working in and out coming back at midnight, and they were great. Really helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay, staff were great. I would recommend establishment to all my friends and family. I stayed at another hotel in Saratoga Springs last month. It was more expensive, not even a continental breakfast was available, although I paid an additional $30 for breakfast, dried eggs, and potatoes. No pool, was not what I expected.

Been here a lot to visit Saratoga, but this was worst of last 4-5 trips. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, dirty bathroom, wet carpet floors, etc.

I made a reservation confirmed and when I got to the hotel they said my reservation was cancelled. I am homeless after spending $50 on an uber to get here

Someone was supposed to call me back about a refund. I was moved to multiple smelly rooms and at 7 in the morning, kids were kicking balls down the halls

Easy to get to, room was large. Shower head is falling out of the wall and had to be pushed in. Hallway smelled of weed.

I liked it was close to restaurants and stores.Did not like waiting for a room arrived at 4:00 pm ,check in is at 3:00 ,didn't get roomtill 4:45.

3 nights stay never had room cleaned or clean towels. All water fixtures in bathroom loose, toilet paper holder kept falling off wall. Breakfast skimpy. Never again stay there!

Very peaceful and within walking distance of IHOP and nice shopping center including sushi. Hot breakfast on Tuesday but cold only on Wednesday and Thursday. Bring your own TP.

The property does not have a hot tub even though description says it does. It’s the same temperature as the pool which isn’t warm. Very nice pool but we booked this hotel for its hot tub. Parking lot had broken glass in multiple spots, hotel staff were very nice.
