Great hotel for a great price point, stayed here while shooting a wedding in the Hudson Valley and it was in a great location, they allowed for an early check in for a small uncharge, room was clean, staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasantly surprised based on the very reasonable price for this hotel. Loved all about the location within a nice little residential not busy at all neighborhood, the creek view from the rooms, the old schoolish look of the property/building but at the same time updated just enough for a very nice stay. Love the shower. Had 3 recent stays in the past 2 months elsewhere with the 1/4 to 1/2 glass showers where basically you are showering in the entire bathroom as water goes all over into the rest of the bathroom. The dumb 1/2 glass showers are one of the worst poorly designed things out there and seems like more hotels are going to them than not. SO DUMB. This was a perfect shower with a lot of room and the cloth curtain that doesn't invade space as the hot water is turned on. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT PROPERTY AND STAY. We will be coming back here as out default to visit our children and grandchildren who live with 10 minutes of here as well. :)

I like that it was next to the river which makes the view wonderful. Otherwise, the first we entered the room, we did not like the smell!! There was a bad smell inside the room.

Breakfast was horrible waffle maker empty nothing ready staff uncooperative when asked with what was going on with lack of service just fine. The breakfast experience to be nonexistent and completely ruined. My stay will not go back to best Western.

Was in town to visit family. The room was not in great condition. The toilet seat was too small so when you sat on the toilet, you’re sitting on the bottom part as well. I had put down a $50 deposit. My husband bought two sodas and two waters and they only gave me $10 on my deposit back. I need my money back so I will be contacting somebody for that.

The staff was very kind after we complained there was a barking dog in the room next door, and we were relocated to the only available option across the hall since the hotel was sold out due to a wedding. I did not like the quality of the sheets and bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked, but my husband was able to sleep without any trouble. While the room looked basically clean, it as evident it had not been dusted (bathroom sink shelf was very dusty) or properly vacuumed (flower petal was on the floor partially under one bed in the new room and several hairs were on the floor in the first room's bathroom). The bathroom sink in the 2nd room took awhile to drain properly and there was no way to pull up the stopper to help it drain faster. The TV was large and brand new (we literally had to take the plastic off the screen) but it was on a very sad looking, warped TV stand. Also the bathtub was extremely slippery, so they need to add those adhesive strips on the tub floor to insure no one slips getting in, out or during their shower. On the plus side, there was no traffic noise even though some rooms face the road, The breakfast room and food options were wonderful - it very lovely to sit in the glassed room overlooking the little falls and stand out on the deck. Would appreciate a few bedding, furniture and cleaning updates.

This is an adequate spot for an overnight on the road. Our room was kind of musty and damp despite the AC, though that is probably owing to the extreme humidity during our July stay. With spots on the ceiling and curtains and a bathroom that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, it wasn't super nice, but it served for the night. A patio overlooks a stream out back, but it's not super scenic. In the morning, we were surprised to find a great breakfast -- all the continental hotel standards, plus a waffle machine, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon with a variety of yogurt, juice and coffee. Definitely a perk. And we were easily able to order some dinner for delivery from a decent local place -- the front desk has a list of restaurants ready.

I loved that this spot was conveniently located but set off from any busy road or highways. It felt like a nice little escape. We visited on a busy holiday weekend so our check-in was a bit delayed while we waited for our room to be ready, but overall this was a good stay!

Room smelled like cigarettes and BOdy odor..bathroom was a deathtrap..everything loose..toilt paper holder falling off wall mirro was inserted..cant see..ol..actual toilet was rocking back and forth ready to tip over..bed pillows were small and square....hot water had no.pressure..went to use jetted tub...mold came out of ports...breakfast was NOT cooked...looks nice from the outside..and thats it
