The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have be nicer. Room was clean. Just the area was a little sketch. But I wasn’t expecting Disneyland. A great economical hotel for a short stay in Brooklyn

Excelente opção em Nova York, para quem busca um bom custo-benefício e precisa economizar na hospedagem. Quarto limpo e espaçoso, com ótima cama e lençóis de qualidade. Hotel localizado a apenas 5 minutos de caminhada de uma estação de metrô (Flushing Av.) que te leva a qualquer ponto da cidade. O bairro é bem tranquilo, voltamos para o hotel de madrugada todos os dias e não tivemos nenhum problema de segurança. O único ponto negativo do hotel é o banheiro, que tem um chuveiro instalado a uma baixa altura (tenho 1.70m e bati a cabeça na ducha todos os dias durante o banho), com pouca vazão de água, e um box sem vedação, que acaba molhando todo o banheiro. Mas nada que comprometa a estadia. Funcionários sensacionais, com destaque para a moça da recepção que fala português fluentemente e é muito simpática. Pudemos fazer o check in com muita antecedência, o que facilita a vida de quem chega de uma viagem exaustiva.

If it weren’t for the staff at this hotel—particularly Jessica and Rocio—I would have given it just one star. They were kind, helpful, and the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was poorly maintained: there was no trash can, only one roll of toilet paper, no shower curtain (which led to water all over the bathroom floor), and no refrigerator.

The room was good for what we were there for but basic necessities were missing unfortunately. We had no trash can, no remote, and no mini fridge. I also had asked for extra pillows and blankets when booking and never received them. The people that work there are nice I just fear it’s a little unfinished.

The staff are so rude here … everything looks so old and used my room had dead roaches right next to the toilet it was very unpleasant. Also asked for new towels and they was so rude about it .. no toothbrush not toothpaste no lotion or soap this hotel is really a scam

Rep behind the desk was very helpful. When I got to my room. the floor was sticky, there were no trashcans nor any hand wash in the dispenser. The shower only has 1/2 a door so the steam/warmth cannot be insulated when you are taking a shower. The final straw was when I saw a roach crawl across the table. I packed up my bag and requested a new room which the desk rep. gave me and apologized. It was an upgrade which was great because it had a refrigerator and I folded up my coat and put in there in case there were anymore pests scurrying around and I kept my bag zipped up with my clothes inside.

The area was not great, but close to a train. Just a very low tier hotel. I feel a bit deceived over the experience. I don't plan on staying here. Nice front desk person, but the hotel itself wasn't great.

Good location. Staff was friendly and let me check in early. Room did smell a little odd, not necessarily dirty but not fresh either. And my desk lamp didn’t work. Other than that was a fine stay
