I liked that the hotel seemed new, it was clean and spacious, the bathroom was large, the long granite counter in the bathroom was great. The girl at check in was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel definately

Room was OK, but had a very strong mold/mildew smell. Bathroom sink was clogged. Front desk person was informed of the issue, and was indifferent. A simple "I'm sorry your room smelled like mold" would have been appropriate.

The staff were exceptionally kind people, however, the property is VERY rundown. I would not be surprised if the couch in our room was from the 1980s. There was not a vent fan in the bathroom, and given the humidity of the area, I can only imagine how much mold was under the paint job. Not to mention how old the carpet was in the room.

Perfect location for Mammoth Caves touring - approx 15-20 min drive to the visitor center. A few places to eat very close by. Hotel was totally adequate. Not the cleanest, but nothing that was majorly unclean either. Indoor pool kept the kids happy. Breakfast was fine - a few options plus a waffle maker. Easy access to the highway. Solid choice for the not-super-picky traveler.

I give this hotel an average grade because although it was clean , it left something to be desired, air conditioner filters were almost clogged with lint ,which impeded air flow in room, for one thing. The have a policy of only replacing towels every third day ,which I didn't like, I went to desk for fresh towels which they gave me with no hassle. Not their fault but next door wall banging and baby crying bothered me ,that was just for one night thankfully. The staff was friendly and polite and professional.

No room service for a 4 night stay. Told us on 2nd day we needed to request it, so we did..still no service. Had to get our towels everyday. With pool towels there was a huge stack when we left. Breakfast was ok, but same few items everyday.

Our assigned room (200) had a broken air conditioner (it was 98 degrees outside). They offered us a fan. We demanded a new room. They wanted to upcharge. We said no. They gave us room 205. We get all unpacked and realize the bed is broken. It was not usable. Finally got a 3rd room (215). Everything worked but terrible smell. We roughed it out since we were only there for one night. I do not recommend this hotel.

Got there early around 1. Couldn’t check in early. The bathroom was gross. Floor was dirty, hair on toilet and the shower tub floor crackled. The air conditioner was not cold.
Not worth the money I paid for.
