I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it looks way worse than it did when I was here two years ago. The pool wasn’t working and the hallways and hotel room could use paint. It is so rundown compared to when I was here before.

The hotel room is spacious for 5 of us but even it's suite that doesn't mean you can cook anything. There is one small fridge and a very small coffee machine that can only brew a cup at the time. And there is no other suite amenity like microwave or water kettle etc. The location is quiet remote and not many restaurant choices near by.

The rooms were immaculate and the hotel itself was remarkably modern and updated. The location is also ideal, as it is conveniently situated near various attractions, including the Avenue of Giants. The outdoor pool area was exceptionally clean and provided a refreshing swimming experience for my family. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk who assisted us was particularly friendly, attentive, and informative. Overall, our stay was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Bed was uncomfortable, coffee maker in the room didn’t work, a lot of the surfaces were pretty gross (couch and blinds specifically), there was water damage all along the window sill, and I’m pretty sure the continental breakfast got me sick. On a positive note, the pool and hot tub were nice.
