Very nice property that feels much more like a hotel than a mega casino resort - so you can get dropped off out front and walk a small distance to the elevator to the hotel rooms. You don't need to walk through the casino and the check in line was fast compared to what is normal for Vegas. I really was impressed by how quick the text concierge was, with a human responding immediately and getting issues solved fast. It was tough getting a rollaway and I did not love the lack of a coffee machine or more than 2 glasses in the room (but the texting service brought more up quickly). I would definitely stay here for a more serene Vegas experience!

Was very clean and better than I expected it to be , really nice staff ( especially Danielle @ guest services desk super helpful & friendly I’ll definitely be back ! Also had an amazing view of the strip floor 255 room 268 all around view strip , mountain , city etc all in 1

I definitely liked how new and clean everything was in the hotel. Hotel staff and service was excellent, check in was the easiest I’ve seen. The Vegas loop was super convenient for the convention center.
An area for improvement is the ride share system. Not sure why I had to walk a half mile and stand in 30° weather for 10 minutes waiting for my ride. There was only 1 pick up area on the other side of the property. I have to walk at least 10 minutes before waiting in the cold.

The bathroom in the room we stayed in was not clean, and the shower booth leaked water while the entire family was showering, to the point where we had to use all the towels to wipe it up. The table in the bedroom and the windows were covered in fingerprints, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be of a premium standard.

Family was in town for the holiday. A very nice hotel with great amenities. The parking situation was a bit far for two people with difficulty walking long distances. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

There for the world of Concrete and after a full day at the convention with lots of people it was nice to come back to a hotel that doesn’t feel crowded. Nice amenities nice ambiance, loved not having a pungent cigarette smell or drunk sloppy people.

My paid for reservation was for a suite at the Conrad, at check-in, the representative said they were upgrading my room and placed me in a small suite at the adjoining Hilton, very disappointing definitely not an upgrade. I’ve stayed at the Conrad previously, the adjoining Hilton is not the same room quality. Additionally, the amenities at the Hilton are very poor, for example, the concierge desk was unattended our entire visit. We attempted to make arrangements for our evening with the Conrad concierge, but they would not accommodate us since we were shifted over to the Hilton Tower. They said they would take our name and forward it to the Hilton concierge, they did, however, we never were contacted.

The hotel is very comfortable. The suite was very spacious and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was subpar. When we arrived the lights in the rooms did not work. Maintenance came and fixed them in a timely manner.
The bars and restaurants were very understaffed. One bar..Redtail and 1 bartender for the entire bar on Sunday which was the NFL playoff game..I felt bad for him.. The place was packed.. It's a quiet hotel..Never heard any noise from the hallways.
Overall a good experience and would stay again.

This is a beautiful building. It’s still new, so everything is still nice. We have a strip view room on the 34th floor with 2 queen beds. It was very spacious, huge bathroom with separate toilet room inside so someone could use the toilet while someone else is getting ready at the sink. The view was awesome!! My only issue is that it is wayyy down by Circus Circus, the immediate surrounding area is pretty sketchy (but the Peppermill is fantastic), and you have to walk pretty far to really get to the heart of the strip. I would definitely stay here again, though.
