Everyone I spoke to here was friendly abd professional. The room was comfortable, but the coffee pot handle was broken. We arrived late and had an early flight, so didnt have time to ask for a new one.

Room was good as was the breakfast. The carpeting in the halls needs to be stretched as it poses a tripping hazard. Our TV remote did not work and after going to the front desk for replacement batteries, they told me that they didn’t have batteries and to use the buttons on the tv. Lol

Property: cleaned through the years. Safe for cars. Felt safe as a solo female traveler. Breakfast: free fully loaded breakfast. No complaints. Hot food (potato’s, sausages, eggs) , fruit, waffles, pancakes, cold cereals, yogurt, waffle machine. Juices, muffins, toast and bagels. Room: clean. Good water pressure. Nice black out curtains. No complaints. Everything was adequate. Free cookies, fruit eater and coffee downstairs. Check in easy. $10 overnight parking.

Hotel and staff were great, but had to take an Uber to get to airport. Shuttle was full, but another shuttle sat unused in lot. Being only a mile from the airport, maybe they could run more than every half hour?

Generally bad as are all hotels of this type in the US. The US generally has the very worst standards of customer service in the world and this hotel is no different. The carpet in my room was so dirty, even the streets were cleaner. Breakfast is mostly bad, as is the norm in the US. On top of that, they even want to charge for parking. The US progresses to be one of the most awful places in the world, and this hotel is testimony to that journey.

OK overnight stay. Low price, a bit shopworn - carpets in hallways and elevators need replacing, but room and bathroom was clean and spotless. Very comfortable bed. A/C worked great in 90 degree weather. Airport shuttle is every half- hour, most others were 15 min. Driver was great, very helpful and cordial. Breakfast was good.

this is a fine place to stay if you are leaving from the airport. They do have a new policy of $10 per charge which it was not on the Expedia site. The staff was very professional and friendly. The beds were comfortable. The toilet, however, did not flush and that is obviously a big problem and one of the sink faucets was very loose. We would have asked for a new room, but didn’t realize the toilet thing until late in the evening and we were leaving at 4 AM

The staff are uniformly helpful, and the hotel seems very clean. I ran out of hot water for my shower, but I appreciated the extra blanket and pillow in the room. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again--there are no restaurants nearby--but it was a good place to land.
