Very average, need a lot of improvement inside and outside including the parking lot

Mooie locatie, trein op loop afstand. Hotel is vrij oud, faciliteiten zijn gedateerd. Bedden prima. Ontbijt stelt niet zo veel voor. Geatis shuttle naar het vliegveld.

Locates convenient place. Hotel was little bit old. It was second time to stay this hotel. Willing to stay again on my next trip.

I was there during 2 night and 1 of these the housekeeper don’t do it my room

I love to have clean sheets everday and we did. The only thing I didnt like that we need to pay additional fior parking. It doesnt make sense. There is no coffee on weekends. d

The parking arrangement was misleading. It was advertised as “parking available” I made the mistake to assume that it was included. I was surprised when I was charged an additional $24.

I rate this hotel no more than 1 star . I booked 2 rooms for me and my family for 2 nights and 1 car for parking. First of all after the first night, they didn’t clean the rooms and didn’t change even the towels in my rooms . I tried to communicate with the lady that was cleaning the rooms in my floor and she didn’t understand what I was talking bcz she and the other staff that cleanung the rooms don’t speak English but Spanish. At the second night the fire alarm turned on and we have to leave our rooms for a fire alarm and we were waiting for the lobby for almost 45 minutes without any updates about the fire and the staff didn’t tell us or the other people waiting in the lobby that the alert is over and we supposed to know that by our self. In addition the worst happened when the toilet didn’t flush and water start going up and floods the bath room with a bad smill and when i called the receptionist, they send a lady after about 45 minutes to deal with toilet.There was no coffee or any drinks in the weekend for no reason. The reception kept calling me about how many cars I have every night while I told them obviously 2 times that I have only 1 car. I’m very disappointed from the hotel and the service and I would not visit this horrible hotel again and don’t recommend it to anyone. Shame in you for a service and facilities like this. It’s not worth the money I paid

Was charged a $50 deposit which turned into a $73 pending charge after we left. I contacted the hotel multiple times (the first attempt using their online chat service which wasted over an hour). Nothing to correct this other than sending me multiple copies of a separate invoice including completely unrelated charges. About the room and amenities themselves: *The room was decent minus the air conditioner that would randomly cycle on and off, emitting a loud whistling noise while it did so. Makes it pretty hard to sleep through the night. *At 11:30AM we noticed a sign about the pool being closed at 3PM. So we thought we had time to swim, but we got kicked out of the pool anyway. We noticed one employee dumping chemicals into the pool straight from a jug, then on another day we saw an employee measuring what they were adding to the pool. I wonder which employee was doing it correctly? *Had 1 of 2 of our room keys stop working almost immediately, then got a replacement which didn't work either. So we only had 1 room key for our 3 nights. *The gym was okay, pretty small and the guests didn't seem to care to clean up after themselves. And it didn't seem like staff checked on it, as the water machine was broken and there was stuff on the floor multiple days in a row. *The majority of staff were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. All in all it was okay. Almost worth it if I didn't have to pay for parking

First entry into the room provided a musty smell like grandma ‘s old house. Tried to close the door but it wouldn’t close shut. Then trying to sit into the couch and properly sink into the bottom. Tried to put my feet on the foot stool and my feet also sank to the bottom. Driving into the property the driveway should use a new paving to fix the cracks and potholes. On the day of my checkout, while taking a shower a staff tried to get into my room. At least I hope it was the cleaning lady. Luckily the door safety hinge was on. Tried to call the receptionist one time to ask a question and properly was rushed off the phone and hung up without my question answered. The pictures look great but the room is nothing like those pictures.
