Days Inn by Wyndham Brooklyn Crown Heights

This was my worst experience staying in a hotel. I booked a queen bed when I arrived to my room my bed was not a queen, the room was small, the carpet was stained & I did not get any sleep due to the constant noise going on. I would never recommend this place

Not in a safe area. Had to give driver license upon arrival. Check in counter behindclear bulletproof wall Bed room at ground level with no window protection. Trash bins located outside window. Room too small and very outdated.

The hotel room was very clean and nice and the bed was super comfy.. the only things that I didn’t like was when I walked in to check into my room .. the front desk clerk took about 10 minutes to acknowledge me. He was to busy in his phone.. I said excuse me about 5 times and even knocked on the window.. he finally looked up when I rose my voice and said hello I’m here to check in. He seemed annoyed and rolled his eyes at me when I asked him what floor my room was in because I couldn’t hear him.. but other than that I enjoyed my stay. The clerk when I check out was very kind and helpful !!

This hotel was just gross. The sheets were dirty. The room was in disrepair and faced a parking garage. The employee in the reception area was behind glass like in a gas station. It cost me $260 for all this, but i had no choice as all other hotels in the area were booked. As we left, the street reeked of marijuana. My mother and I were scared to stay there.

The room was too small and bathroom smelled really bad, really sour because someone used a sour mop

Room clean, service fair, area sucks, parking great, breakfast okay, privacy great.

Rooms were clean, friendly staff, breakfast room could've been better but get what you paid for. I would recommend anyone that wants to stay in Brooklyn to reserve here. O

〈周辺〉 黒人の多い地域で、治安はあまり良くありません。 海外慣れしている人や、変な人に出くわしてもあまり気にせず、安く抑えたい人には良いホテルです。 ホームレスは当たり前にいるし、道端でナイフをパタパタさせている人はいるし、お金をせびられ無視すると罵声を浴びせられたりしました。 〈交通〉 徒歩3分ほどのところにあるAtlantic Ave.という駅から電車で30分ほどでマンハッタンの主要観光エリアに行けます。(ユニオンスクエア等) 地上にプラットフォームがあるのはまた別の駅です。 階段登った上にあるのがAtlantic Ave.です。 8分ほど歩けばBroadway Jct.という駅もありますが、夜は人気もないので出来るだけAtlantic Ave.を利用してホテルへ帰ることをオススメします。 〈朝食〉 パン/シリアル/ヨーグルト/果物があるくらいでスクランブルエッグや肉類はありません。 〈室内〉 所謂ビジホ程度の広さです。汚いとは思いませんでした。 カーペットを素足で歩くのはちょっと気が引けたので、お風呂上がり用にスリッパがあると良いかもしれません。 シャワーのお湯も問題なく出ます。 〈スタッフ〉 可もなく不可もなし。

I don’t have good customer service and And the way the people in there talk to be able to have attitudes no reason like I did… Something to them but I don’t know why

Everything was good and clean. Small closed parking. Small rooms but nice and clean. For NYC price arround 100 dollars is ok

My CC and ID was left at the reception. I was not able to go back to the area but for one month I was not contacted .. They said my info was not available from the 3rd party although I completed form with my phone number at reception when I signed in. Turns out that thete were multiple ID and CC of previous cluents at front desk. PLEASE look into this practice.

　チェックインの後、客室に入ると、床のジュータンに綿埃や紙屑が絡まっている。シャワー室に入れば、前の人の使用済のタオルが防水床に落ちているし、髪の毛も散乱している。4泊したが、タオルと寝具以外の補充は、全く無い！（　紙コップ・コーヒー類・固形石鹸やシャンプー類　）又、ジュータン床もシャワー室床も清掃した気配が全く無い！（　シャワー室の床と防水床は、毎日、部屋に戻ってきて、シャワーを浴びる前と後にタオルで床拭きしました！　）　唯一のまともは、ベットメイク　のみ綺麗でまともだった。 　食堂については、係員が付きっきりで張り付いているので、テーブルや椅子、床、食品が載る台、ごみ箱も大変綺麗でした。 朝食は、小さいパン類とコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、オレンジ、リンゴのみで、栄養価の高い。卵関係やハンバーグ・ウインナー類も全く無い。電子レンジは、新品が有りましたが…。 以上、新築してまだ１年～２年ですが、全米ホテルチェーンのディズインとは、全く似ても似つかない最低最悪のホテルです！！！！！。 周辺については、地下鉄の２つ駅から　３００ｍと５００ｍですが、薄暗いし、歩道や地下道は尿臭がするし、歩道には黒人のホームレスが寝ていたり、浮浪者がウロチョロしている。また、ドラックや麻薬使用者が道端で　ハイ　になっている。又、売人から　薬　を買っているのも見てしまった。怖いです。 以上が、現状報告です。　私は、このホテルをお勧め致しません！

I was given the wrong direction by an employee,then when I get there I was told my bookings was cancelled that was about 10 pm. It takes another half an hour before I was then given a room. I was very disappointed to be told that it was cancelled by me, what I couldn't understand is why would I cancel and then show up.

We scored this room online . Its affordable and gives just what you need.

The room was nice but not really spacious at all. The space the beds and the desk TV was very close! The rooms were nice n clean..new bathroom was a delight

The hotel itself is almost new and has nice rooms. The neighborhood name with the hotel is incorrect. It’s closer to the Brownsville neighborhood in Brooklyn than it is to Crown Heights.

The house keeping staff was very very noisy, have to wake up almost every hour on some one slamming a door or speaking on his phone on the speaker and the person on the other side was crying. unless you planning on getting really drunk so you won't feel the noise, i won't suggest it.

It was overall a decent place to rest up and recharge.

Das Zimmer war super, vorallem und das ist das wichtigste, es war sauber. Klar über die Lage lässt sich streiten aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut. Für den Preis war das Hotel mit seinen Leistungen echt gut. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

It was fine for what it was. The area was a little sketchy at night... not somewhere I'd want to walk around. But the room was comfortable and served purpose. I private place to sleep close to the breweries we wanted to visit. 👍
