The room was dirty and didn't receive housekeeping.

It was basic nothing to talk about

I dont usually complain but this stay should have been better. I was on a work trip and arrived at 7pm and no one was at the front desk. I rang rhe bell for about 10 minutes, walked around the lobby area looking for an employee and then started to call the cell number for the manager listed on a business card. Then i saw the employee walking in the far back door from the parking lot. She checked me in without a smile and was noticiably aggravated. I received my card and went to my room. The elevator electrical panel under the buttons was damaged and wires were exposed. Not a good thing at the height children are and could reach in there. Then i arrived in my room and 2 tiles in the center of the room were cracked and crushed like something very heavy was driven across them. Finally, the next morning when i was leaving i went to the breakfast area. It was very clean and no breakfast. The doors where the food was kept were locked. The hotel was very clean but it appeared at the expense of services and proper maintenance.

I have to say the only good thing about our stay at Days Inn, was the check in attendant that early afternoon. The door to our room looked like someone had previously kicked it in at one point. The chair that you could sit on aside from the desk/table chair, SMELLED HORRIBLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I took a shower, both body towels had the same SMELL as the chair and I had no choice but to use it to dry myself off. IT WAS HORRIBLE. When we came back to the hotel from our event at 11 pm, the parking lot was full of people hanging out in the back of there vehicles drinking. We did not feel SAFE but couldn’t do anything about it, we didn’t have the money to try to get another room at a different hotel, so we stayed. I feel the cleaning staff need to thoroughly clean every piece of furniture someone could sit or lay on and to make sure to smell all the sheets, blankets, pillow cases and towels that paying customers will be using before leaving the room.

I have a service dog, she is trained on medical alert. When checking in, front desk man, Sam told me pets were not allowed. I had to explain to him that she is not considered as a pet because she’s a service dog. Even on the website, says service dogs are allowed. Day 2 there was someone else at the front desk and again stopped me to say pets were not allowed. Being in a business of hospitality, workers need to be trained properly. This was against the standards of the ADA. Terribly disappointing. As far as the rooms, broken walls, shower only had cold water, bugs on top of the AC unit and the AC would go in and out not working all the time

Check in was no problem. The room was clean. AC blew cold. Plenty of towels. No complaints.

Bad experience. My wife and I reserved a King room for a weekend getaway. Upon arriving to our room it was a double bed room which had a weird smell almost like urine. Called the front desk and the clerk said that there were no King rooms available because of a water leak but not to worry because she didn't charge us for the two beds, like she was doing us a favor. She stated that there were no other rooms available which I find difficult to believe because the parking lot wasn't full and didn't see or hear any other guests throughout our stay. "Breakfast" was posted to end at 9am. Went down at 8:40 and everything was empty and completely cleaned up. I've never seen that happen on a Saturday morning at a supposedly sold out hotel.

The shower handle did not work properly. Once it was turned on only cold water and couldn’t turn off. Calling front desk didn’t work bc the phone was broken and when I called from my cell it only rang and rang. You would expect the shower to work and I didn’t know it wouldn’t until 7 am.

Wasn't really clean, the door wouldn't open with key, and there was no breakfast I went before 9.

The property decor, color coordination is nice. The front desk staff is nice. HOWEVER, I don’t think housekeeping is doing a good job. We were given a room that was not done , it smelled. We then were given another room and the bathroom had a used soap in the shower that was never picked up or discarded. I normally leave a tip, but this time i didnt. In my opinion, I would had paid $45 for one night.

My room floor part of it was caved in and I had to get extra towel to prevent from cutting my feet

When we first got there we noticed a stain on the sheet, right at the fold beside the pillow. It was about the size of a tennis ball. The was a strong mildew smell and the bathroom was nasty. The shower had mold and mildew all in it. Staff wasn’t helpful at all and wouldn’t issue a refund. Very disappointing

The staff was great! I washed a load of clothes, then realized the dryer didn’t work. To remedy the situation, they let me use their industrial laundry dryer! The facility is pretty run down. Towel bar fell off and the toilet paper holder was very loose in the bathroom. A fresh coat of paint would add a lot. Fresh fruit plans yogurt would be a nice offering for breakfast.
