A little run down in certain parts of the building but overall no major complaints. A clean and solid place to sleep and stay for a few days. Excellent stay for the price! Safe, quiet, and convenient. Would come back here.

Great stay. I have been using hotels.com for 15 years. Currently I am in Istanbul, Turkey. Evin Suit Hotel is terrible experience. Please dont use Evin Suit Hotel in Istanbul.

Upon check in to the room after the front staff was not very helpful. The room actually 2 rooms I reserved, for business had trash out front appeared to be for a few days. There were mice or rats in the bags. People appeared to be living in rooms for extended times with eviction notices observed.
Also, small bags of what appeared to be drugs on stairs.
upon entry of room. Batteries for remote were not functioning. Lights or lack there of, contained the bugs flying around in the room and the mattress hasn't been moved in years. I had tried to plug in a lamp and was surprised by filth found. Drain was slow in sink and continental breakfast was less than stellar. No juice of any kind and limited items like bagels waffles and maybe cereal nothing else. So please don't stay in room 209 or 210 or you may be extremely disappointed for sure

Not only is this the ugliest, dirtiest and most raggedy, old hotel I’ve ever stayed at. On my second night watching tv I noticed bed bugs crawling all over the bed!!!! This place is a dump, trash everywhere, old and not taken care of, it is NOT worth saving a few dollars to stay here. Spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere nicer! Oh yeah, and when I arrived at 5PM for check-in no rooms were available and they told me to come back later. I asked when a room would be available and she had no idea. This entire experience has been terrible. Note to Wyndham and Days Inn- renovate and clean your gross hotel, invest some time and money into it or slowly go out of business and ruin your reputation in the meantime. I can’t believe Hotel.com even allows this place on their listing platform.

We reserved 7 rooms in this hotel under my Expedia account. All 7 family have a bad experience with the front desk guy. He was nasty unprofessional. No good manner to talk to guest. He seems to be angry to deal with guests. Two families left and paid for another hotel. He won’t even let one family check in. The reservation was done under my Expedia account but the hotel was reserved under the family name. They showed him the reservation under their name but refused to let them check in. I asked to speak to the manager he told me there is no manager in the hotel. We had absolutely bad experience all together.

Check-in was smooth as butter…they have all the things someone would need in a room…ie Good night Green, I am bored, Iron, mini fridge.
Now, with no disrespect to the people who clean. I’m sure it was that this hotel was participating in housing people, because it was awfully dirty. The walls all had stains. The blanket looked like it had stains, or something like that because it was supposed to be 1 color but wasn’t.
Same wit the towels…seriously they were not completely white. We figured we would wait to address all these things in the morning…except at around 2am…we found bed bugs. Multiple bed bugs…in multiple sizes…I was informed I could speak to the manager when he gets in at 10am. I’m exhausted, cranky, and Hangry. There is free breakfast. Let’s see how it goes by 10 am because until now….I just wanna scream

Was told we were "so late" and our room was just about to be given up? 2am They were full otherwise, so if we had gotten there a few minutes later...NO ROOM? Missing outlet cover in bathroom, stained unused towel, stains on walls, broken door privacy/lock. I have a short vid.
