I did not stay i left as soon as i turn on the light and seen roaches and bugs on the bed went to the front desk and asked for a refund it was Disgusting. The over all was out of order

I reserved a smoking room, I was given a non smoking room. The front desk was rude. Also when a hotel says they have free breakfast, it should be lore than just coffee.

Save your money and do not stay at this property. The hotel room was dirty and the walls are thin. The whole place smells like weed with Febreze spray over it. I felt unsafe the whole time there that I ended up checking out a few hours later from checking in. Not a family hotel either.

The first room was supposed to be a non smoking room but reeked of cigarette smoke, the ac wouldn’t work, and the door latch broke. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and apologetic and quickly moved me to another room. The new room was tolerable for the little amount of time i planned to stay.

Horrible, it has a marijuana problemshop connected. Smells of marijuana smoke and cigarettes. Horrible why Is this even on your site. Expedia must condone drug use and sells. This place is pure garbage i have pictures. DO NOT STAY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM SITE! Horrible Expedia even has this option. Place not clean , cigarette burns on non smoking room sheets dirty used towel in bathroom hanging up. Everything is damaged holes in walls fridge beat up and dirty. Every aspect of room is nasty.

Its your typical room, small but efficient. Not expecting top tier but it was comfortable. The double bed is a full size bed. If you do not like the smell of cigarettes, this is not the place for you to be at... Other than that i enjoyed my stay

The room phone didn't work. The clock didn't work, but they gave me a replacement. The people in the room next door played the TV loudly all night and it was still playing in the morning.

I arrived late and had to buy a room for the night because my booked stay didn't start for another 8 hours. Then was charged a deposit for that one. Switched rooms the next and was charged for a full room plus deposit which equals 3 deposits. I only received. 1 deposit back and a refund for the room only they double charged me for.

I chose the cheapest hotel I could find for 1 night because some work was being done in my apartment unexpectedly. I got exactly what I paid for. The place was clean, just extremely old. I had to walk through the smoking section to get to my room in the non-smoking section and that was VERY disappointing. And of course the smoke does not STAY in the non-smoking areas, it travels. The TV remote did not work. May have needed batteries. So I attempted to watch a movie on my laptop but the internet signal was not strong enough to stream. There were no hangers in the closet. The blanket and comforter had several cigarette burns in the non-smoking room. Overall I was very disappointed but again, I went the cheap route and got exactly what I paid for.

First off we went to check in and computer down.
Asked to come back after conference at 10:30 to check in
Had to wait over an hour .
Get to our room and card won’t work back to front desk .forgot to scan our card to room

Floor not vacuumed, bedcovers dirty
Okay , it late so go into take a shower, shower curtain had black mold all over it , bathtub still had someone long hair on bottom of tub.
Okay - well skip shower and just go to bed right.
Nope, pulled back bedspread and black men’s beard hair on sheets along with nasty scabs on sheets.
Called front deck and asked for clean sheets .
At this point it is 11:30 pm
Had unzipped suitcase to get out clothes and what is crawling on wall behind my suitcase- roaches.
So , need less to say we left.
Did not get a refund and front deck did come down to room and said cleaning must have accidentally skipped cleaning room
