We arrived at 11pm, after several times of trying to call for airport shuttle someone finally answered. The very pleasant man that checked us in was all alone and really having a hard time with someone’s reservation and that had trouble with our reservation. He was super pleasant but just didn’t seem to be overwhelmed with the process.

Due to weather conditions causing my flight to get diverted to San Antonio on 07/12/25, I was unable to check in until the next day. I explained it all to the front desk agents and both were very understanding, welcoming and shifted the reservation to 07/13/25.

Excellent, friendly staff. Shower water was drifting in and out of hot and cold, hvac was spitting out damp, musty air, room 209. And there were false eyelashes stuck to the edge of the pool

The first room we were given had not been cleaned, it had slept in unmade beds with makeup on the spread, trash in the bathroom and room, not clean at all. We were given another room that we were told was an upgrade but was exactly like the first room, though the second room was clean. Bathrooms are tiny and room was cramped. Bed was comfortable on the plus side.

Everythinhs were good, the only thing not really matched my expectation was the issue about breakfast. As I booked through Expedia the price stated the breakfast were included. However, when I checked in, the staff told me it's not and I need to pay for extra $15 for the meal.

Falta de limpieza y el trabajado al aeropuerto muy mal. Del aeropuerto al hotel estuve esperando 39 minutes y al llamar me di sugirieron q tome un taxi porque aún le quedaba 45 min o una hora.. del hotel al aeropuerto la salida desde el hotel debería haber sido a las 7:30 y el minibus salió a las 8:15

New, clean, convenient close to airport, comfortable. Check in clerk was great, a young man. Bartender was grumpy, poor service, everyone else was awesome!! Great clean hotel! Would stay again and recommend.
