I would like to see microwaves available in at least some of the non-suite rooms. Otherwise this hotel really worth the money.

The night time desk attendant-Kristen was super kind, professional and funny. She was so patient and helpful when I had difficulty ordering from the hotel restaurant. ...ps the fresh baked warm cookies each night were delicious!

Kristen and RJ went above and beyond to help us. All the staff were great and we had a blast at the wedding we attended.

This a 3 stars hotel. Nothing special. Paid regular breakfast should be free. No microwave. Very very average hotel. Nothing special, won't come back

It was just a tad warm in the room and the temperature wouldn’t come down. Other than that we had a great time staying there.

Very spacey, very open in the lobby area. Rooms were clean and large.

Location

Simply put, the hotel was overrun the entire weekend with traveling hockey teams and their families. Dozens of 4- through 12-year olds running amuck while their parents allowed them to monopolize the pool, the lobby, and even the elevators. You’d think they owned the hotel. Pizza boxes, food, alcohol bottles (for the parents) were strewn about the lobby. Sleep was disrupted after midnight as shouting from the lobby traveled easily to my suite on the top (fifth) floor, which says something about the volume. I don’t know if the night manager did anything to try and tame this zoo of unruly people, but if so, they didn’t go far enough. Upon checkout, I asked the front desk if traveling sports teams are a normal booking during this time of year (Winter), and she said yes, it’s normal. Wish I’d had known before paying for their “best” (dirty and uninviting) suite for a quiet weekend getaway. Note to custodial staff: You should clean a floor under a fold-out bed before it gets to a level that’s disgusting.) I will not go back.

Amazing staff. They were so helpful with sending a crib up for our daughter immediately. Breakfast was so tasty with the friendliest most genuine staff I’ve encountered. Wonderful experience overall.
