I prefer no-frills motels which is what this is. Cheap, clean, great hot water and shower pressure, fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer and great mountainous view across the street. Pretty quiet except during high traffic times. Outside property looks kind of rundown, my screen door to the balcony wouldn't close and there was a hole in the wall but overall a great place for my basic needs. I will be back.

Accommodations were fine to suit my needs.
I had difficulty finding accommodations for the past weekend when I booked this room in the second week of March.
Everything around was booked for Divine Mercy Sunday weekend in Stockbridge. Got to know the town of Lee better this past weekend.
Thanks to the management for holding my reservation until I arrived on Friday.

It’s everything you would expect a cheap hotel room to be, check-in was easy and it was suitable for a nights stay. Bedding was clean linens were clean. Couldn’t really ask for much more for the price.

While the gentleman at the front desk can be a bit cold, the women that work at the property are very pleasant. They were super accommodating and did a nice job cleaning the room during our stay. The room was a good value and provided a nice place for our family of 5 plus a small dog to lay our heads at night.

Was convenient and inexpensive. The back stairs were a little rickety. Also had to ring the bell to check in later in the evening, but was fine. Room was just the basics, but served the purpose for my one night stay.

My door stuck. Sometimes it open easily and sometimes I couldn’t get it open. The key worked. The green light flashed. The front desk acted like I didn’t know how to open a door. Of course, when they came to help it opened more easily.

This property booked my credit card for random amount refused to talk to me about it and told me I needed to talk back to Xfinity. The original person I talked to which was the wife confirmed that she had my reservation. Told me everything was great. Went through the whole reservation and then the next day I get a charge and then the Husband is leading the conversation telling me I need to deal with Expedia. They are a horrible hotel

Property was locates on a busy road. It was noisy. It is a average motel. nothing special. For what I paid he room was ok. Appearance wise it looked like it need some tender love care. It has maintenance issues. If I go back to the Berkshires again I would not stay there

The place is very run down and not too clean. They advertised a free breakfast, but it was really minimal. Only donuts and sweet things. Not even a piece of bread or a bagel. Over-ripe bananas. Coffee was okay. I did not have high expectations. For the price of the room, I only expected a continental breakfast. But it barely met that standard.

We were looking for a place not too expensive to just spend the night. This place fit the bill; clean and comfy. Bathroom needed some work and the floors were quite slippery, just coming in from the bad weather. Nothing a few scatter rugs and bathmat could fix. Bed was comfortable and a nice little dining table for 2 near the window. We'd stay there again.
