The hotel is nice and the breakfast is great. They do charge a hotel fee of $35.83 per night that really isn't disclosed. I wish they would just be upfront about it.

We had an excellent stay for two nights. It’s a short drive to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and we enjoyed the pool, and reception time with drinks & snacks. (We had Cabernet and vodka/orange juice plus other choices. Kids had free Shirley temples) The morning breakfast was the best, and there are tons of food choices nearby. Chilis and In and out are across the street, and the food at the hotel was delicious. I Enjoyed the clam chowder, and kids enjoyed the flat bread pizza. We brought our dog, and it was convenient to walk him outside although I wish there was grass. There is a park walking distance to walk your pets. I would highly recommend!

They had all 3 rooms on 2nd floor backing to the busy street, extremely noisy from the traffic especially from the motorcyclist besides one of the rooms was also facing the elevator.
One horrible thing was one room had 4" by 5" big torn bole on the bed sheet, got a picture for that.

Staff here was friendly. The complimentary snacks and beverages in the evening was a nice touch. Parking was easy but didn’t appreciate the $20 “self parking fee” Our room faced the street and you could hear road noise. Popcorn ceilings in the room. The windows were pretty old and you could open them but there was no screen. It took about 15 minutes to get any hot water in the shower. My biggest complaint was the extremely high price for not that great of a stay.

Francesca and Camile from the front desk, called me and said they had my kids laptop at the front. I was so relieved! The corner room was enormous! The breakfast was delicious. The park was a minute drive a way for my dog. Not far from the tourist traps. It was a great trip!

The room was grungy and dirty. The carpet had spots in various places and the sliding door took a lot of force to open. The worst part was it just didn’t feel clean. Specifically the carpet, windows, and baseboards.

I enjoyed the quick and easy check in and check out process. Clean, comfortable rooms- NO time waiting for the water to get hot in the shower! Just looking for something to nit pick about, it would have to be the couch in the room, not very comfortable. Overall though, would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future!
