e was wonderful and roomy. Separate room from living room. Separate closets. Two TVs and most of all large triple window in both rooms overlooking courtyard and city. Ceiling fans. And room controlled heat and air. I was so relaxed. I fell asleep right. Away. Ok n the comfortable bed.

Customer-service oriented but also, very private stay. If I didn't need anything extra, I wasn't bothered by staff. Any requests I had were promptly taken care of.

I liked that it was close to restaurants and a shopping center. I didn't like that there weren't any chairs to sit on. The bedsheets had stains.

Ended up not even staying and Expedia would not refund . Upon arrival facilty was not what was pictured in the advertisement . Homeless people all over the parking , one was so out of it on the ground he worked out of his clothes and was naked . Upon entering our room it smelled so bad of body odor , bed wobbled all over the place like it would fall , bathroom light was shorted ; going on and off and buzzing . I have a disabled wife and at that point we did not feel it was safe for her there . Went back to the desk and stated we were not staying and why and she said we would have to contact Expedia about a refund and said they would contact her to verify we did not stay . Wife contacted them and they are not issuing a refund . Stay away from this facilty !

The property needs improvement. Very dirty, we cancelled our booking. Don’t book in this hotel if you still want to live. Bed bugs, molds everywhere.

Definitely needs to be sprayed for roaches. I was honestly shocked when I attempted to shower and then i saw a roach. At checkout i did inform the front desk but she didn’t seem to concerned about it

I did not stay at the facility because when I tried to check in; they told me they overbooked and they did not have any rooms left. I booked my room weeks prior to traveling with my family. Initially the front desk staff tried to tell me I was at the wrong facility and that I needed to try the Extended stay just down the street. A man was waiting in the lobby when I was trying to check in and he asked the front desk staff; you are not going to check her name and see if this is the right facility. The guy then asked for my name and he said, yeah you are booked for here but we do not have any rooms left. Bad business.

The hotel is placed in a nice area and looks good on the outside. Unfortunately inside it needs a lot of work. The hallway had such a strong smell that one could probably get a contact high. On the bright side, the front desk was very accommodating and nice.

I counted more than 6 bugs in my room of different sizes, there was a broken dresser in the room, the bed tan blanket has spots on areas of the blanket like someone didn’t clean it. I wouldn’t recommend to stay.

Nothing at this hotel was as promised in the booking. we had to ask for anything including the fact there was no toilet paper paper towels or anything in the kitchen.when you advertise fully stocked kitchen it needs to at least have something in it. The sleeper sofa was neither. It was collapsed and unusable. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. It was as if this room was rented before they finished cleaning or stocking it.
