Very nice property
It's not too expensive but the rooms are clean and spacious.
The staff were all nice especially the lady that check is in is very friendly and pleasant...
The breakfast was great, lots of choices to eat... And the check out is noon and that's a plus, other hotels/ motels it's either 10am or 11a.m.. They should learn from this hotel cause customers are happy when they don't need to rush in the morning. Thank you!

We arrived very late and it took a few minutes to get inside. I think the woman was sleeping which is understandable since it was so late.

The room was spacious and comfortable, except for two things: (1) the refrigerator.ade a horrible noise that I found not figure out for about 20 minutes, and (2) the room had an odor, most likely because of the cleaning products, but it was overwhelming at times.
One small additional thing ... The AC worked for the most part, but the fan I wanted to have on all night (and kept having to change the setting to keep on) kept going off ... And the room warmed quickly.
The staff was very nice, and were very accommodating.

Paid for a king bed stay with the pull out sofa bed and was downgraded to a two queen bed room. Asked to see if I would receive the difference between the two rooms back since it was cheaper and he didn’t have the answer

The computer system seems to have issues converting 3rd party bookings to in-house room assignments. I was stuck in the lobby w/ 3-4 other people for over an hour.
The hot water wasn't working.
House keeping needs to check the shower curtain... there was a booger stuck on it.

This was the worst night I have ever experienced. Biggest problem toilet clogged every time flushed. Coffee pot did not function. Bed was absolutely torture. Tried to work out with staff to resolve they wouldn’t even switch my room. Staff was the most rude anyone has ever been to me. Had to find new hotel after one night. DO NOT STAY HERE
