The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night so I didn't get to experience everything, but I would stay here again. The area isn't easily walkable, even though there is a shopping mall close by. Only a few feet of sidewalk

I’ve stayed here twice now as I try to find more permanent accommodations for my new job. Both times were very good experiences, especially when it comes to the staff who always greet me in the morning, say “hi”, and tell me to have a good day every time I leave.
The rooms are also very nice and they’re up to date with a more modern look. I would highly recommend staying here!!

One set of sheets had stains. The first room didn’t have a door that latched properly. They made it right ASAP and were very kind. The hotel was quiet. It’s nice but there needs to be some updates. The room looked clean but there was trash in the trash can and the shower floor was not very clean. The walls and wallpaper need a fresh coat and paint and to be redone. The price was $100 cheaper than other local hotels so you get what you pay for. Good location. The staff was very nice and did a great job.

All of the front desk staff that I interacted with were very nice and friendly, they would say “hi”, “good morning”, and tell me to have a good day every time I walked past the front desk (which was quite a few times, since I stayed here for a week).
Also, the rooms are clean and they have more of a modern look to them.

When I turned the sheets down there were bugs and hair between the fitted and top sheet. I then realized there was no carpet (a sign of previous bed bugs) and the room had horrible odor coming from the ac unit. For the price of this hotel I was appalled at how dirty it was. I left and did not stay. Very disappointed.

The communicating door was missing between my room and the next room. You could hear everything going on in
the next room which included the voice from a woman speaking and having sex three to four times with someone or someones from 11:30PM till 5:00AM. Not able to sleep and concerned about safety if I complained to front desk as all the people next door had to do is open their door and walk into my room. Manager of hotel has refused to return my calls or email.
