I think everyone gets nervous testing out a new hotel but my husband and I loved this hotel so much that we will definitely be back. We take many trips to Fort Worth to visit family and with how close this location is to everything we like to do, it is now become our go-to spot.

It was a good stay. I enjoyed it very much. The only miscue was that the A/C clicked off on its own, and we got warm. Overall, though, it was really nice.

Honestly this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Super comfortable and room air quality was 10/10 not humid at all. I would definitely come back here.

Water pressure is NONE, it was bad! I rather take a shower at home. Temperature in the room sucked, they have an old unit & a new one & it was hard to adjust the two. Also we went here because in the past they offered room service or a bar with food. We were told they didn’t have that anymore but it was on the website still & it was also displayed in the room (GRAB & Go) meaning we could order food and take it to the room. We had to order out for 3 days vs what we thought would be available….

I booked an accessible room but the room they gave me was not accessible. I called the front desk and they immediately fixed it. They brought the new room card up to me and helped me get my stuff to the new room. They were so polite and accommodating the whole stay even when I was checking out they offered me help getting everything to my car. The room was amazing, comfortable, and clean! Super comfortable bed that was lower than the bed in the non accessible room which I very much appreciated. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the hold on my card is still there 5 days after checkout. I paid in advance so when I checked in they put a $50 hold on my card.

Other than the creep up stairs and the hotel staff suffering from concussion syndrome and the strange smell in my room the stay was incredible. It got the job done .
