Overall really good. They had everything you could need. Just upsetting that the time for breakfast on the paper given to us on check in is incorrect so i didn’t get my free breakfast. It was one of the main reasons why i chose this hotel

I loved my experience all around but there was one person that was really rude to me & others at the desk in the office. I wasn't the only one who spoke on it either.
I also have not received my $100 deposit back. I stayed 2 different nights & got the first deposit back but the 2nd I have not yet received.
Great place to stay!
I hope they have a meeting with their employees in the office about being nicer to people who spend their hard earned money with them.

Parking was a mess and the room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The Wi-Fi only work one out of the three days I was there. It was not a good experience. The best thing about it was that it was close by the beach other than that, I would not recommend.

Very out dated, office is 2 blocks from the hotel area, no ice, bed uncomfortable and did t feel safe. Breakfast consisted of bagela and bread oh yeah and orange. You must also pay for parking unless you want a ticket from city parking.

The people at the front desk were incredibly rude. The only reason i would not stay at Hollywood beach hotels again is because of the nasty staff. Everything else was fine. Could use an extra pillow and towels. No door on shower, so the water gets everywhere. No internet connection, had to use my personal hotspot.

First we had to wait in line over 30 minutes to get our keys for room. The room was nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com. It was dirty, no stops in sink or tub, bath faucets were broken, ran out of hot water at 10 am, ceiling fan did not work due to no pull chain. Pulls were missing from drawers, no hangers in closet, safe was frozen and didn’t work. Front desk help was unfriendly and rude.

So the wait to check in was outrageously long. Not enough staff! Staff was rude and when I asked for a remote to watch TV (there wasn't one in the room) it was never brought to us. There were very sketchy people hanging around. Room was cold. Not a 7.0 out of 10! More like a 2!

We found the staff quite rude, very abrupt. Room Safe didn't work, I checked the batteries and they were full of acid. Toilet was plugged, handles broken off of cupboards. I notified the front desk and they said they would call maintenance. After 2.5 hours nothing changed. When we went to our room at 10:30am the key cards didn't work. We went to the front desk and they said the cards time out at 10:30 when check out is 11am. Breakfast was poor as it was assembled in a one bedroom for 1 hour with several guest trying to get breakfast. Only good thing is that it is close to the broadwalk.
We do not recommend this hotel chain at all.

My experience wasn’t so good, I extended my stay 2 extra days and housekeeping wasn’t aware they were rude and they sent a skinny African American bully to remove me out the room while the other housekeepers stood around watching and laughing. It was as clean as it could’ve been considering the conditions of the room which needs major improvement. The tv and remote was having issues that wasn’t fixed until the next day.
The location was the very best part, 2 minutes walk to the beach and night clubs, shopping and restaurants were very close
