The check-in process was quick and easy. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Had a comfortable and clean room for an enjoyable rest. Then up the next morning for a delicious breakfast with lots of variety. Check-out was also quick and easy. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were stuck at Newark due to a cancelled flight. The Hampton Inn was super close and well prepared for our kind of traveler. They had a shuttle both ways and had us in our rooms immediately on arrival. The beds were super comfy with lots of pillows. The air conditioner was awesomely cold (and adjustable!). My only qualm was that we couldn't get a late checkout, but that was just because they were fully booked. Great choice for a near-the-airport hotel

I only stayed the night, but it was great. Clean and very updated and great customer service at the front desk. Breakfast was amazing also and we utilize the shuttle which was great.

The hotel itself was fine. The airport shuttle was not. Instead of taking us to our terminal, it surprisingly dropped us off at the sky train. We had 5 pieces of luggage and my wife's arm was in a sling. We are older and navigating the train was very difficult. If we had known it would only take us to the train, we would have either booked a different hotel or ordered an Uber from the hotel. It was unacceptable.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast included good items like eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, and some local dishes, which I appreciated. However, the selection was exactly the same every day. Even though the food was fresh, it got repetitive after a couple of days. It would be much better if the hotel rotated the menu or added small changes throughout the week to keep things interesting for guests staying longer.

The room is clean and furnitures are in very good condition. Look new. Enough space for a family up to 4. Breakfast is good. Plenty of choices.
Because it’s right next to the airport, surrounding area is not ideal if you drive. Traffic is complicated. There is extra charging for parking.
There is shuttle to the airport. So it’s a pretty convenient stay if you are catching a plane.

Hotel is ok, not new but in a decent condition. Logistics to the airport (EWR) but it concerns most of the hotels in the area except Marriott, is not so good. To get into shuttle from the airport you should get by air train first to P4 and wait,
Lpin my case about half an hour for the shuttle. For the way back you should consider booking it in advance and with extra time in mind as it will bring you back to P4 abd if you fly AA should change two trains (not marked correctly) to get to terminal A.
