Check-in was easy and there were really nice snack/food options in the lobby. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job. Tipping was available for them via QR code, which was nice. View from 14th floor was really pretty. Room was very comfortable and towels were available if needed. Really lovely stay--would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay! Downtown was just too expensive so this worked out great! The free shuttle picked us up at the airport and also had a list of places they’d take us to such as the light rail and local restaurants. We took the light rail to downtown for a concert. I’d definitely stay here again. The variety of breakfast items was the best I’ve ever seen.

Beds were cheap and uncomfortable, as were the sheets and towels, have to pay to park. 2nd worst beds of any Hampton inn I’ve ever stayed at over the past 20 years.

Not so good. Called twice for shuttle. Waited 40 minutes. Front counter lady was not very friendly and room carpet was stained and room was small—not the suite I remembered from last time. And it was pricey for what we got.

I stayed large space. Probably for wheel chair person. One thing I could not turn off air condition. It was very good weather and the temperature was middle 70 degree. I felt so cold so i had to wear the jacket in the room. Also shower curtain was short so the water was overflowed. Other than that I was very comfortable.
