Loved the proximity to the beach and the second floor deck outside the room. Could use another table and chairs for more to enjoy the large space. Can open the back window in the bath to let in the fresh, salt air. Place is older but well maintained. Pet-friendly.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Yes it’s get what you pay for; but the hotel staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We felt safe. Yes it’s loud, it’s right next to a highway, so that’s a given. There were no cockroaches. Everything worked. I booked here anyways despite the negative reviews. I will absolutely stay here again. This is the first time I’ve taken the time to do a review, simply because this hotel does not deserve the few bad reviews it does have, which are likely due to salty passive aggressive customers not getting their way. Not bad at all for the price. I’ve stayed in far more expensive brand hotels and had horrible experiences.

Price was OK, had all normal amenities but incredible worn. Door jams, molding, walls, doors, etc., all dirty, grimey, chipped paint, torn window screen, filthy exhaust fan, overflow drain and tub stopped were removed and covered with white tape. OK if you have simple needs but your GF won't be pleased!

ELECTRICAL WALL SOCKET AME OUT OF WALL. SOCKETS ON LAMPS DID NOT WORK. MOLD AND WATER DAMMAGE THROUGHOUT THE ROOM, ESPECIALLY CEILINGS. YOU WALK THROUGH ENTER THE ROOM, LOOK UP, AND YOU SEE WATER DAMAGE. COULD NOT PROPERLY SECURE WINDOW IN BATHROOM AREA. SHOWER HEAD NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.

Do not stay at this hotel. Once I walked in the room it smelled like straight bleach. The bathroom window was wide open and I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. On the first floor. The bathroom towels were used because it had dirt stains on them. Lamp shade was dusty and dirty. Dead roach on the floor. My friend sat on the bed and a damn bed bug landed on her pants. Showed the front desk and told him that there are bedbugs and he refused to even listen to me, he says that bed bugs are suppose to be red. I didn't even stay at this hotel and asked for refund. They refused. So don't waste your time here period.

It is what it is. Should be called a motel. They get to charge the rate they do because of location and season. I get it. With that said they should put some of their profit back into the property
. Very old and run down. We stayed for one night on a traveling trip with multi stops and we lived. Harbor Inn plz pit some money back into the property youll be able to charge more with some simple inexpensive upgrades. Pictures on site are not what u ou get. For example " premium tv" means a 32 inch walmart brand. Not hating but just understand 5. Whatever stars is generous. This is where the surfers on a budget stay. We had no problems.

Room was clean but very much in needs of up dating. Lamps would flicker in and off and plugs in bathroom didn’t work. House keeping is pretty noisy especially seeing the cleaners room was right outside our window. Also maid was warming up her lunch when we first got to our room.

The ceiling in the bathroom had a ton of black mold and the doors, handles, knobs, everything was filthy! The rod in the closet was below waist level so you can’t even hang up a pair of pants! No fan in bathroom. Had to open a broken sliding window to defog after a shower. Entire floor in bathroom was heaving and super bumpy. Dried hard all over the cement in front of my door. This place was awful.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. Very dirty. Not what the pictures on the site look like. Beds uncomfortable. Bath tub is rusted out and small. Doors not sealed very good, can see daylight. Parking lot is super small! Very noisy not only traffic but you can hear what the person above you is doing. If your looking for a place to lay your head for cheap this is your place.

I was not pleased with my stay. The hallway smelt like urine walking into our room. Curtains in the room had burns, doors look like they had been torn up by an animal, the room was dingy. It didnt feel safe but we did not have any issues. We reserved the 2 bdrm”. It was decent regarding space. If one is just needing a cheap place to stay its fine but not nice.

Hotel was a great price for a quickly needed hotel stay that wasn’t planned. Room had 3 queen beds which helped as we had our sons teammate with us and he could have his own bed. The shower plunger was broken but we managed to get the shower working anyways
