Elevator and ice maker were broken, though we found out that the fridge freezer can make its own ice, so that fixed that problem. Doors between sections that were supposed to be key locked were either unlocked or our key did not work on them, had to have the keys rescanned multiple times. Room was nice, bed was comfy. Breakfast was good, especially if you like waffles. Pretty average hotel, nothing really spectacular.

The bathroom was not clean. The tub was dirty and there were used washcloths left all around. The elevator was broken for our entire stay and 2x the key to my room stopped working even though I did not keep it near my cell phone or other cards. I will say the front desk staff was very friendly but overall I was not impressed

Ice machine broken, elevator down I have issues with my back and walking. Holes in the wall in or room. No late check out. Very hard to exchange towels. We stayed for a week and barely could get refreshed towels. Every inquiry was responded by we will see what we can do. We had to clean the shower ourselves before we used it. It a good experience at all.

Elevator was broken, apparently for at least a month according to staff, without any notice. We were on the third floor with three little kids and no access to an elevator. Baskets of dirty linens and housekeeping carts lined the hallways for our entire stay. A pervasive odor filled the hallway on our walk up to the third floor. Ice machine was non functional. Bathroom had mold/mildew issues. Carpet in the room had gum ground into the carpet. Our room, for some reason, had bunk beds we did not request or expect. Desk staff was not responsive to our concerns at check out, and a manager was not available on a Sunday morning (when I’m sure many people are checking out) to discuss. Hoping further conversation is productive, and will update review accordingly.

Place was great for full week vacations, unfortunately we were just here for the weekend! Pool and hot tub was amazing!

Elevator wasn't working, rooms were dirty, holes in walls, ice machines out of order, dirty laundry piled in giant bins lining the hallways all day and night, no towels available near the pool area like before. Kids running up and down the halls at ALL hours of the night. Smelled musty in hallways. End been going there for 10 years, 2x a year. This was our last time.

Comfy bed and the hot tub was nice.

There was mold on bathroom ceiling. Trash cans on outside of hotel full at all. Times. And piles and pile of laundry in the lobby all week. Ran out of stuff for breakfast.

The room was large and the staff were very nice. The location was very good. The front entrance door was filthy and peeling. The carpet in the common areas were dirty. Our room had not been vacuumed and there was mold in the tub/shower.The elevator was broken during our 4 day stay. Staff claims parts shortages due to Covid(this is 2025). This was very inconvenient if staying on second and third floors. Many other reviews mention elevator being broken in the past. THIS NEEDS TO BE PERMANENTLY FIXED !! Room was not cleaned, towels not changed, or garbage emptied during our 4 nights. Front desk admitted at checkout that they only perform these duties upon request by the guest. The fridge temperature control was turned to minimum and we didn't notice until hours later when food and drinks were warm. The window clasps were unlocked when we arrived to our room and there are no screens. Since the windows are about 24 inches from the floor this could be a danger for children. It is like a sinking ship and the captain(Wyndham)has abandoned the ship leaving the crew to run the ship without proper equipment.

The only elevator in the building did not work and has not worked for over a month, there was a $250 “deposit “ requirement at check in that was not included in the reservation, the sauna was out of order, the only ice machine was on the first floor and since the elevator was out of service that was a bit of a pain also. No manager on site oh and my bathroom light was burnt out and the front desk said if I see maintenance I’ll let them know. Really, how about we’ll take care of it as soon as possible, it’s kind of a hazard when a light bulb is loose and keeps going on and off. NEVER EVER WILL ME AND MY FAMILY BE BACK DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

No elevator was broke had to walk up 3 flights of steps by the time I was at top I was in tears with pain

The hotel is in a busy area. While convenient to get on and off the highway, it is also noisy. Our room had a weird/old smell. The rooms had window AC units which made it hard to close the shades at night without blocking the air. The staff were friendly though.

The elevator did not work and apparently hasn’t been working for weeks and they made no effort to inform anyone prior. It is also a 3 story hotel so that’s not ada compliant. They charge you 250 for incidentals because you book through Expedia and there was never any mention of that in the confirmation email. Sauna did not work, pool was cloudy and didn’t drain around it, jacuzzi tub did not work in room, one working ice maker. The room itself wasn’t bad but you can definitely tell there is no money being put into the hotel. Chipped paint, caulk around tub needs re done, plugs are coming out of the wall, and just overall just sad. Breakfast was okay, but it’s the same thing everyday and they run out quickly. I would not stay here again.

I loved our room, the bed was great, we didn't bring kids. So we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. My husband is a light sleeper do the noises from children kept him up a bit I slept like a rock lol. Staff was great!!

Horrible the elevator was broken we travel with someone who is handicap we could not stay there due to that reason. They were not helpful in helping us find a room. They billed us anyway gave us a hard time about a refund and in return we are still waiting for the refund to be released. It’s messed up our checking account cause we had to hotel hop for 4 days and spend more money then originally planned.

Breakfast is always nice. Coffee 24-hrs Hot tub / pool good

It was a great stay especially for the price, it would have been perfect if the elevator was fixed. Pool was nice!

Our keys didn’t work one day and we had to get someone to come reprogram the whole lock. It also happened in my son’s room, but his door would just open like it had no lock. There was nobody to fix it at the time, so they had to take all their valuables with them when we went out. Bathroom needed a coat of pain and the carpets on the stairwells need replaced or at least cleaned.
