Hilltop Inn

Couldn’t check in and staff were rude I came from a different state and they told me I couldn’t be there because I damaged property but I’ve never been to that hotel nor that state before. When I tried to explain that I was told to get a refund

I had two leaks in my room's ceiling, I went to the office to inform the staff and it seemed as if not only did they know about it but they felt it was an unavoidable thing. They sited that the "broiler was above and it wull sometimes leak". Broiler rooms are usually on the ground floor to avoid that issue and my room was on the second floor. The interaction felt dismissive.

Very dirty and the staff is rude

The customer service was amazing but the rooms had a filthy chair in there, the blanket was dirty with spots all on it, the pillows were used up. and it has a smell, they insisted no smoking in the room. Not clean enough

It was clean and peaceful

The hotel was okay, the only issue was how dirty it looked and felt, had an odd smell and there were holes in the doors and walls.

The beautiful aspect of my stay was, I met a very nice lady called Monica who was so kind, helpful and friendly with me. She convinced me to stay when I wanted to check out the following day.

Just as they stipulate they are on a hilltop walking down the hill is a challenge for folk with medical conditions they do have several businesses down the hill

Terrible. I want a refund.. they harassed me and called the police for nothing

I like that the price was cheap but I don't like was my hotel door was like it was bent inward like someone had kick the door in the room had roaches I didn't feel comfortable leaving my bags open, and I didn't really want to lay down because they was by the bed also..

Good customer service!! Its just peaceful, clean and relaxing! And convenient to Atlanta attractions and so forth.

I guess because it’s a bad area nobody would deliver food here the man gave me a non-smoking room and it smelled like somebody had just finished smoking in here and left out there are cigarette stains on the toilet there are cigarette stains in the ice container the sheets have brown stains Everywhere and so does the pillowcases. The wash cloths even have stains smh. They just need to replace their bed and bath materials get some air freshener and figure out why this room smelled totally like an ashtray if it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Maybe non-smoking should be on the bottom floor so that when they smoke on the top floor the smoke rises. I didn’t sleep under the comforter because I was scared of what might’ve been on the sheets. The price was good and for that amount you should be able to replace all these sheets for at least least $20 per room

The pricing is very competitive but you get what you pay for.
