Love the location, the staff, the picking up and dropping off at Ithaca airport, the pool and hot tub, the clean rooms and the reasonably priced breakfast place right in the samebuilding

Staff members were helpful, friendly and polite and the room was clean and comfortable. Our only real complaint is that the room smelled of stale smoke.

Stayed 2 night when looking at colleges. Easy to get to both Cornell and Ithaca college. Clean, quiet and easy to walk to many restaurants. Staff was friendly. We have no complaints.

The food in Ithaca was incredible—fresh, creative, and full of flavor. The town’s peaceful vibe, with its quiet streets and charming little shops, made it all feel like a hidden gem.

Were told our preferences were not communicated by the third party booking site, but that a king was not available (so how did they know we wanted a king?). However, I was most disappointed that they gave us an accessible room. I have a parent that requires an accessible room and it is extremely frustrating when hotels are NOT full and give them away. The room had a strange smell and the windows are locked. There should have been a beautiful view of the lake, but the curtain's draw string was broken. No view. I wish I had taken more pictures, but the area by the beds had clearly not been cleaned in some time. There was dried rice, candy and other trash under the bed. There was all kinds of hair in the tub. I am sure it could always be worse, but I was extremely disappointed in this $560 room. Very expensive for what we got. Would not stay here again.

Housekeeping only comes every other day to clean, have to ask for towels. room was over $400 a night. Parking is in building on next corner and not easy to find if arriving in the dark.

Premium room was spacious and very quiet. The hotel is centrally located with lots of dinning option within walking distance.

Just 1 minute walk to Ithaca Common, room is quiet and clean.

Room had a moldy smell the whole time. Air conditioner could have been stronger. Beds were good. Washroom was good. Staff was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beverages in the lobby for guests was very nice, especially the cold water during the very hot summer days! The free parking was great, but I had to circle the block a few times before I realized that I had to park in the municipal garage. so the explanation for the parking online could be better. The security was good (i.e., no using elevator without a room key and no access to building after hours without a room key), and it was needed because the area had a lot of activity and not all of it made me feel comfortable. My room was spacious and relatively clean, but there were some food particles on the rug and some sticky areas (on floor in the entrance and on one of the bedside tables). The bed was super comfy and the air conditioning worked well. The location is very convenient for doing things in Ithaca. You can walk to many stores and restaurants.

Lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Rooms were very clean, parking is free in the garage across the street. The staff was very nice!

Hotel is very nice, clean and staff is professional, responsive and helpful.

Every little thing went great. This is the most quiet hotel I've stayed at in years. The staff was very helpful and accurate when a question was answered. And there are viewing chairs set out to look over the lake.

Property is very clean and quiet. The only down to the hotel is that there are no complimentary beverages in the mini refrigerator.

Very quiet for where it was. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Parking was fairly convenient. Extremely easy to walk outside, around time, find restaurants, shop, etc. Great place to stay.
