Holiday Inn Express & Suites ATLANTA BUCKHEAD by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Hotel seemed fair but dated. Only one elevator was working and it was extremely slow. The hotel is not very handicap friendly and only provided two (2) parking spots. Second level parking area was blocked off because the door to enter the building card reader wasn't working so even if you used the two handicap parking spots you had to walk around the building to main entrance to enter. Overall I would not recommend the hotel to anyone needing handicap accessible access.

Walkable to a convenience store

The staff was super friendly. We were able to get into our room a little early which was very helpful. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was very nice and I always appreciate not having to pay extra for parking.

It’s in a nice spot and really quiet

We had 2 rooms. The towels that were on rack had so many fresh trimmed human hair, carpet was super dirty. Hilton is my favorite brand but this time it failed. The Front desk Staff is awesome and breakfast was decent. They must focus on having it keeping cleaned inside the rooms.

Free Parking

staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice but there was a extended stay motel across the parking lot that had a lot of load riff raff in the parking lot until 3am. the rom was very clean, and the breakfast was good.

Overall nice stay. Needed to ask for room change which was easily granted due the room being close to the elevator. Staff was friendly and attentive

Carpet cleaning

Property was nice. However 11 cars were broken into on our first night there. Many windows broken to gain entry. Felt very unsafe after that

The room itself was clean enough to stay in, however, my complaint was more about service. My family and I stayed 4 nights, 5 days. Out of those 5 days, housekeeping cleaned our room ONCE! I kept asking for clean towels either by bumping into an employee/housekeeper or having to go to the front desk. I requested housekeeping a couple of times, even making sure we left the room somewhat early so we didn’t have to be in the way. Nothing! Beds are definitely not firm, mattresses could use changing. Breakfast was ok (same as always eggs, potatoes, etc.). The staff was lovely on the weekend but then weekday staff was not friendly at all. One of my bulbs went out, I asked for them to change it or provide me with one so I could. Front desk said someone would be right up, they never showed up. Overall it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t the best service either.

Overnight about 6-7 cars were broken into. Not a safe location.

It was an extremely exclusive hotel!

The room i had 315 had bed bugs. I got bit 3 time on my arm. I talk to the gm and he said he will give me my money back. So i gave him my card so he can put my 108.11 on it. But when i check my bank they took 108.11 again. So now im out 216.22 and i have bed bugs on my arm.

The value was excellent and the room very comfortable.

It was close to hospital. Hotel was clean and staff great

This could be the most worn name-brand hotel I've ever stayed at. From the comforters to the pocket bathroom doors that had to be picked up to be closed, it was pretty bad. We stayed there due to the relatively low cost for a big event in Atlanta.
