Locality was very good for anything we wanted to do, walking distance. Parking was a little bit of an issue but we were lucky it was the weekend. Facilities good. Breakfast provided was a plus. Staff lovely. Overall, would recommend Holiday Inn at Dallas.

Fantastic location in the downtown area opposite the railway station with a super view of Dealey Plaza. Staff very friendly and room was immaculate. Great place to base yourself for a Dallas adventure.

I understand it’s an old building but please get rid of the sliding doors for the bathroom. There was about a half inch gap when the door was closed. Fine for solo trip but definitely not for family or friends. I tried using the bathroom in the lobby for a little more privacy but same with the downstairs bathroom.

Staff was welcoming, rooms were comfortable and cozy, a little small, but cozy. For a downtown hotel room, the location & price was great! The security guard was a HUGE plus - he was so attentive and truly caring for our late night smoke breaks.

•LOVED the location to JFK monument & Convention Center.
•Room wasn’t close to the site photos-room felt like the small cramped NYC apartment…lol
•Clean & we were busy outside of room to make it an issue.
•Automated air fresher systems were strong which made you question how clean it really was.
•Housekeeping didn’t replace ice bag, didn’t replenish coffee supplies in room-went downstairs every time.
•Workout room didn’t have water bottle filter fountain to fill up bottle-athletic tournament; this would have been nice to have.

The room was decent, air was super cold but tiny! Although we didn’t need anything big just a quick stay over night! The rooms were clean and up to standards. Plenty of plug ins! The parking situation was not the best but I was able to park in the convention center lot and walk from the convention center to the hotel pretty easily. Someone said this is a bad area, I walked alone… from the convention center to the hotel! It was fine. I didn’t even see one homeless person.

This hotel is in a great location. It’s in the heart of downtown Dallas We walked just about everywhere. The daily breakfast that was provided was very good. This isn’t a fancy hotel, but very clean and centrally located. We would stay there again.
