Hotel Indigo ATLANTA - VININGS GALLERIA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

It was a very nice hotel except my AC was out due to a compressor malfunction and I was told by front desk I’d be getting points but never have and I contacted them and nothing was done . Otherwise it was a nice place and hot but ok stay .

Seamless experience, keep it up

The check-in process was slow and the hotel was dated. This was okay for a no-frills hotel. For the area, there are better comparably priced hotels.

Nice property overall. I book this property for the balcony options. However, upon my arrival the balcony room that I was able to book was suddenly unavailable. Only options were a king with NO view and a double queen bed room. Very disappointing as ib only booked for balcony space and views.

Stay was great! Dwight, Courtney, Deja, and Ariel were so accommodating. Hotel was well kept. Missing a fridge but they mentioned remodeling so they are on top of it. The shuttle was convenient to the staduim. Will be staying again soon

Staff were extremely personable and friendly! Willing to accommodate without you having to ask, but my stay was very satisfactory so nothing was needed. Breakfast was great! I'll definitely stay here again in the near future.

Me and my friend were looking for a prim location hotel for our Atlanta trip. We were attending a concert and wanted to make sure we were in a good distance to the location as well as food and shopping. Hotel indigo caught my eye as I had never heard of this type of hotel and the pictures were very appealing. Nice hotel, friendly staff, very comfortable room. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Atlanta.

Amazing space staff went above and beyond. Were very respectful and the icecream sandwiches were amazing would love to visit again. They do have a 50 dollar daily incidental fee but besides that the stay was amazing.

They are doing consruction next door so its pretty dusty around there. But the overall property is nice

I stayed at this location the first few years of it opening and always loved it. Not this time. The property has declined 100%. Poor lighting, nothing works in the room, no exhaust fan in the restroom working, therefore molding around the shower base was visible, paint chipping off the doors, iron very dated and didn't work. The website claimed to have room service but didn't. The staff was helpful as they could but it just wasn't as nice of a stay. Extremely disappointed because I've always spoke so highly of this place.

We stayed here just two years ago and the property was so well taken care of. What a difference two years makes. The rooms at least on the first floor were beaten down. There were multiple pubic hairs still on the toilet bowl and few on our “clean” towels and made beds. The bathroom walls and shower floors “looked” dirty - could not decipher the black marks on the shower floor. Behind the dresser between the two queen beds had old eaten sunflower seeds and candy wrappings. The room smelled like feet too. We only stayed one night this time, but would not stay here again. We made the best of it, but for the money not worth it. Staff was friendly - although I did try to make special accomodations for my son’s birthday and no one answered my message and when I mentioned it at the front desk it was glanced over.
