Hotel Indigo - NYC Downtown - Wall Street, an IHG Hotel

Highly recommended

The hotel is in a good location, but it wasn’t worth the price, and I felt scammed. It stated that breakfast was included, but all they provided was a sandwich and a drink. I moved to the Holiday Inn next door, where they offered a full buffet breakfast. There was no kettle in the room to make tea. Instead, they made me go downstairs to the restaurant just to get hot water. The restaurant manager told me that for $19, they can’t provide a full breakfast — but I didn’t pay $19 to the restaurant. I paid the hotel, which advertised breakfast as included. They also charged me multiple deposits instead of just one. I contacted the hotel, and they promised I would receive my deposit in a few days, but it has now been over a week. This is very unprofessional. The hotel restaurant manager is dishonest and behaved like a crook and the receptionists.

Hotel was excellent. They have a great roof top bar and it was very busy during our stay with both hotel guests and non residents. The room was small but we expected that and it suited our needs. Room was very well maintained and amenities were great. The restaurant serves breakfast which we didn’t use but did eat in the evening and it was lovely. The owner/manager of the restaurant was very friendly & kind giving us hot drinks in the morning when we mentioned we were heading out to get some. Very kind.

Vraiment incroyable La chambre était grande, propre et neuve. Le service impeccable et le petit déjeuner excellent ! Le personnel était particulièrement à l'écoute et gentil. J'ai même eu une chambre plus tôt que prévu car disponible. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment vraiment bon, je vous conseille de le prendre en option il vaut la peine! Vraiment si je dois revenir à New York un jour je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel. En plus il est situé près de wall street donc tout est accessible rapidement en métro voir à pied Je n'ai pas l'habitude des hôtels, d'habitude je vais plutôt en auberge de jeunesse alors c'était une expérience incroyable pour moi que je recommanderais sans hésiter ! Aussi Le rooftop vaut vraiment le détour si vous avez le temps!

Absolutely stunning room. Only issue was staff communication about amenities and vouchers for breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is walking distance to the Brooklyn Bridge. There are enough restaurants in walking distance. You can also walk to the pier.

Definitely worth revisiting.

The room was small but well appointed

My score would have been higher had I not got scammed by the woman at the front desk at checkout.. I asked for a taxi to the airport and when I black suburban suv showed up I told her I asked for a taxi… she said it acts as a cab as did the driver.. I was never told how much it would be even though I asked. COMINT to the hotel a few days earlier in a cab I paid $90 with a tip.. that’s what was expecting.. so imagine my shock when we got to airport and was told $115 because I used my card ( no charge in cab) I was shocked and realized I had been scammed… beware… I plan to file a complaint against this employee…

These amenity fees are ridiculous and not transparent. $30 a night is like a parking charge We'll be going to Philly or Boston next time.
