Hotel Piccadilly is a nice spot for an affordable stay. It may not be the most updated hotel in the world....but then, I'm not looking to spend $200 a night either. Works well for my needs and is very close to 2 of the best restaurants in Fresno. Breakfast included is a major plus also.

Front desk staff was efficient and hospitable. They asked helpful questions and made accomodations to make our stay more convenient while we were traveling with small children. We didn't even have to ask. Check in was easy. The room looked a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable and the property looks well maintained.

Lovely welcome at reception. Spoiled by news restaurant and bar closed Sunday and Monday ( no mention on hotels. Com) Pool pleasant but lacked sunshade umbrellas. Pool towels provided but clearly old room towels and some were shabby Room somewhat tired and dated and needed considerable updating. Bathroom black mould between bath and wall screen. Rooms only serviced every three days - a dreadful decision for a hotel Grounds good even in externally a refresh of buildings is necessary Overall difficult to see why it gained glowing reviews and wouldn’t return

Beautiful landscaping. Nice to have a hotel room without someone above or below. Bed and pillow need to be upgraded. Staff was super friendly. We would stay there again just for the water pressure in the shower!

The room was nice and big and was very clean. A fan in the bathroom for when the shower was being used would've been nice, but other than that, the room was very nice. The grounds were clean and the pool area was nice and a decent size. I don't quite understand why the hot tub was in a totally different area from the pool. It made it very inconvenient, plus it wasn't even working when we were there. The breakfast was average and the eggs and potatoes were not very warm. I was surprised that they didn't have bagels...only toast. Overall, for the price it was a nice hotel with friendly staff. I would stay here again if in Fresno.

We had multiple issues with our key card as did both other people that had gone with us who also had their own rooms. We were there 1 night and took 3 different key card resets. We also discovered that unless we slammed our room door it didn’t latch and anyone could walk in. We bought premium room which was supposed to be 100 sq feet bigger than a regular room but looking at our friends rooms it was no bigger than there regular ones.

The property is dated, but it’s well-maintained. Nice grounds almost like a park like setting. Staff is very helpful and very cheerful. Quiet and peaceful surroundings.And breakfast was good too as it was provided at no extra charge. Would definitely stay there again.
