The room and whole building were super clean, multiple food options across the street as well as directly next door, the gentleman who checked us in was super kind, and it was perfect walking distance from Radio City Music Hall. (we were in town for a concert) Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed for a weekend but did not want to leave. Just overall good experience. Charming in so many ways. Is it fully modernized? No. But that is a bonus in this case! Would absolutely stay here again!

Was great for the price! Staff was friendly, check-in/checkout was easy, room was clean. If you are looking to stay at the hotel for hours at a time it might not be the best since the WiFi connection isn’t all that great but we didn’t mind since we were really just there to sleep.

For Times Square, Manhattan, a fair balance between price and what the hotel offers. Property is old, dated, but kept clean and staff is professional and courteous. Plugs in the room did not worked. Told the front desk and the issue was solved upon our return.

Very convenient location for a short visit. Rooms are very basic, ok for 2.5 star hotel. A simple painting and some nice curtains could transform the room and take it to the next level. I couldn’t figure out if AC temperature was adjustable. It didn’t look like it, so I had to unplug it and plug it back in from time to time to keep the temperature at a desirable level. We were allowed to check in early, which is very much appreciated!

Rooms are very small with small window a/c unit that had a hard time cooling the room. Bathroom was clean, but the shower had very low water pressure and bad temp regulation. Old building, nice staff.

Check-In & Out staff was GREAT! Room was adequate Long black hairs on the wall tiles all over the bathroom and what looked like blood spots on one of the towels. Window units, room was comfortable through the evening but nearly froze overnight.

The hotel is slightly difficult to locate, but once inside the staff is fast and friend. The hotel itself is very dated, but is also in the middle of a remodel. My major disappointment was the quality of the bed.

De kamer was schoon. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van Times Square. Goede ontbijtgelegenheden en restaurants vlakbij. Receptionist Joey was helemaal top, maar ook de anderen gaven goede service.

Air conditioning is window mounted and was old so noise it’s a no frills kinda hotel so if you want to be close to Time Square for a great price this is the hotel for you
