Staff was very nice and helpful. Its a great location and i liked not having to pay extra for parking.
The location is nice that its just minutes from downtow and the Galleria area.

The staff, food in the restaurant, and our room was excellent and seemed to be recently renovated. However, because of that, our stovetop and microwave were not connected. Whenbwe notified the front desk, the maintenance person immediately brought us a microwave and explained to us the room needed the electrical finished and would be completed upon the completion of the construction taking place at the property. Minor inconvenience for us.

Overall, a great hotel. Staff was very friendly including the great servers at breakfast, and the front desk was great too. Being along the I-10, the freeway noise is definitely a consideration if you are a light sleeper, so best to see if there is a room that is less affected. Overall, a good stay and would stay again.

Would have been nice if the hotel advised us that renovations were underway during our stay. Was an average hotel . The breakfast was about $20 per person . Located right off the freeway and had a few restaurants nearby.

Wonderful place, unfortunately we happened to come while they were renovating so we didn’t get to go to the pool, but they did offer an alternative at a different location. Bring your own snacks and drinks there aren’t any vending machines. Although you can purchase items on the first floor but you have to wait in the same line as people checking in to the hotel to purchase snacks. Other than that everything was great.

It was undergoing a bit of a makeover during our stay. The front lobby was the area that had a lot of renovations going on. The rooms were awesome tho! Spacious and newly remodeled. Very clean and quiet. The location was also super convenient to the galleria.

Property is under construction. A mess. Staff was very nice-- good people butlobby, elevators, bar, pool etc. all under construction. Price shpuld have reflected that.

My family and I love this hotel. The staff is so friendly the food and bar are AMAZING. As soon as you walk in you feel welcome. The rooms r always impressive. We will definitely be back.
