Front desk lady when I checked in was very nice and polite. In the morning when I came for breakfast coffee was been made at the back but as manager saw me waiting for coffee went to the back and quickly brought a cup for me while rest of coffee still being made.

Check in was easyyl, staff memberwere pleasantly nice. The only issue were the loud conversations in the hallways and next door which kept us up at times. Overall we would stay here again, because the beds were comfortable, lots of things to do in the area and it was a safe place to stay.

It was a pleasant stay. The water pressure for the toilet wasn’t great and the receptionist was able to move me to a different room across the hall.

The toilet in our room continued to run, even when had not flushed it. It was an annoyance.
I didn’t like that this location charges $12 to park, and it is outside the city. 🤔

1. It was strange that I had to pay $12 for 24 hours despite having a room at the property. In my opinion majority of guests visit to the property with a vehicle and it would be great to get complimentary vehicle parking.

I had a very bad experience living here especially on the last day of my stay. People bang doors all night and the noise clearly comes inside the rooms. People were banging doors, running in the corridor, talking on phone at 2 am in the morning. They started making noises from 9 pm and kept doing until 3 am in the morning. I called on the reception to complain and they said, no, no one is making any noise on the 6th floor without even checking or saying a simple thing "let me check". Then I had to go out to request them to let me sleep. I will not recommend anyone to stay here. The brand name is big but when you actually see it, it's way below a nice hotel.

The room was clean, which was a plus, but overall the experience was underwhelming. Breakfast was included but the quality and service were below average. Also, being charged for parking felt unnecessary, especially when there are free options nearby.
