Great place to stay. Staff is amazing

It’s a very nice hotel and the stay was excellent. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I wish the cleaning and attention to the rooms were more focused.

Hotel is in a very noise area !! Staff is super friendly but you will not be able to sleep…. Not a place to relax unfortunately

The hotel and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Earplugs on the nightstand should have been a red flag... train right next to the room and club with music that sounded like it was in my room until the wee hours. Did not sleep at all.

Stayed at this hotel for a getaway weekend and had an amazing stay in a beautiful and very clean hotel in a convenient location in Dallas. Customer service was top notch and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying there again!

Super easy and very clean

Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, and fast room turn over. Coffee bar in the morning and night happy hour with beverages and apps. Walkable to deep Ellum restaurant district

It was an ok place but I expected a little better considering how new it is and the price. My issue is that I booked this hotel two months in advance and the day before I was to arrive, I received a phone call and email from Expedia saying the hotel had to cancel my reservation. I called first, IHG and they confirmed the reservation was good and there was no issue. They also called the hotel property and was told there was no issue with the reservation but that I should also call the hotel and speak with the manager just to be sure. I called but the person who answered would not put on the manager and said he was a supervisor and he could see the reservation was confirmed and there was no issue. I then called Expedia to get an explanation and they said likely my reservation showed up on a list to be canceled due to overbooking by the hotel. I was sent to a specialist within Expedia who also called the hotel and confirmed there was no problem with the reservation and we were good to go. Of course, when I arrived at the hotel and tried to check in, the desk clerk said my reservation had been canceled and was unwilling to help. I asked for a manager and someone came out and I explained the history and they did in the end make something work but not without a confrontation. This also was supposed to be a VIP property and I was supposed to get drink vouchers and a room upgrade but received nothing. When I asked, I got a blank look and no help. Hotel is not managed well.

Great small, modern boutique hotel, nice pool area, great restaurant and peloton in the gym.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here and the deep soaking bathtub. We had a great view of the city and enjoy being close to a lot of good food options. Definitely will be staying again!

Excellent! A little loud at night due to nightlife

Hotel is great. The neighborhood is not quite to my taste but if it were located in uptown I would stay here all of time.

Beautiful hotel, kind and helpful staff, great area for fun things to do. Also absolutely love that they offer you bicycles to ride around town and explore!
