Wonderful 5 star hotel. Exceptional staff and lication

Great location , walk to Farmers Market

Still stays at this place. From the outside it looks like an amazing place to stay given the location but trust me the rooms are pathetic. Can you believe me the toilet bowl is stained as though someone hasn’t flushed for years after use. Shower pressure is at 20PSI. You will have to stand under something that feels like a trickle of water. Shower doors have water leaking out on the floor, the door handles are falling apart. The magnified mirror light doesn’t turn on. The couch has a huge stain on it as though someone bleached it and left that spot discoloured. I had called them few weeks earlier reconfirming with them for a Conner room at the west tower on the higher floor and they did the opposite and gave me a corner room on the east tower on the 3rd floor right next to bar which had a party going all night - loud music until 2 am. I expressed my concern to the front desk person “Julia” and she said Oh sorry. We don’t have any rooms to accommodate your request. I asked her what’s the point of calling and reconfirming weeks ahead of time when neither of you’ll care for customer centric service. She just smiled and walked away. This place is not worth the money or the experience. The staff really doesn’t care about their guest. They do treat their guest different, based on colour. It’s very unlike the brand image Marriott has worldwide. RoomsTinny rooms. While booking they show you a 400sft room but they will assign you a 100sft room and call it

Location was perfect for Central and Southern Market. I didn’t like the mandatory $75 per day incidental fee. They said I would get it back if I didn't steal or break anything. Really? Parking was ok for $15 a day.

The room could hav3 been cleaned a bit better. I noticed some stains on the floor and wall in the bathroom that looked like they were recent enough that they could have been cleaned up. The room was nice but the bed was a bit firm and was not the quality I expected for Marriot.

Outside of the check-in experience, the hotel and my room was great!

Asked front desk if I could pay to have them ship a package home for me. They said they needed a label. Went to the business office and the internet would not connedt to Fed Ex to allow for the printing.

We took a family trip stopping in lancaster to visit the Amish country..this location was close to where we wanted to be easy walking distance to resturants and the Central market.

Great anniversary trip! The pool, the spa & the restaurant almost made it hard to leave the hotel. But the location was fantastic for trying out some great local spots.

To be fair there was a dance competition and was very crowded.

Booked 2 nights didn’t get there till midnight first night cause plane late. Got back second night after dinner to find a letter from the staff they needed my room please check out before 8 am. I was so upset they were paid for 2 nights and i didn’t get 2 nights will never go back again especially for that price and the customer service.

Regrettably, the most amiable individual encountered was the bellhop, who possessed not only extensive knowledge but also an exceptional level of patience. His exceptional service was truly remarkable. In contrast, the rest of the staff exhibited a mediocre level of friendliness. Whenever I requested a bottle of water, the staff appeared to have an attitude. Furthermore, the room was subpar. The absence of fresh toilet paper and the use of a soiled one indicated a lack of cleanliness. The room was also basic in design. Additionally, the hotel’s restaurants were inaccessible due to the malfunctioning machines, and the provided directions for nearby restaurants were highly inadequate, necessitating self-discovery. Furthermore, a daily parking fee of $15 was imposed for parking approximately four blocks away, which could be a significant inconvenience for individuals with disabilities. In comparison, I have stayed at a much more satisfactory Marriott hotel, which offered a better breakfast for $22 per person. Consequently, I would not recommend returning to this particular location.
