LivAway Suites- Syracuse

Convenient stay for traveling. Clean, no frills...a bit like a dorm room but it worked for my purpose. I stayed the night before an early flight. If they do have an airport shuttle, ensure it's running when you need pick up, or reserve an uber.

Clean room, easy check in/check out, secure building, ample parking.

I loved how everything was updated and the design of the place! I would definitely stay there again! This is way better than the other popular hotels!

Property was absolutely beautiful. Definitely could have used some more mirrors in the room and maybe a little bit of carpet somewhere to knock down some of the noise either in the bedroom or in the hallway. Otherwise 4.8 out of 5 and will be back

I loved it except they need to put in carpeting or something. Sounded like elephants above my head every night making it nearly impossible to fall asleep. And the AC turns on and off all night long. Other than no sleep I would have given 5 stars.

This was a great place to stay! Right off the highway. It was so clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The self-checkin kiosk was user friendly, we got our keys quickly.

I wish I know there is no hair dryer prior to my stay. Whole night I heard people open and closed the doors. The hotel itself is rather clean and affordable. The area seems a bit sketchy. I don’t think I will stay there again.

No hairdryer. Thin walls- noise from other rooms. New building as of Spring 2025. Not greatest area nearby. Would not feel safe walking.

Brand new facility. Clean with a good location. Can't go wrong for the price point.

Good room for price. Great kitchenette, However there were no cooking utensils. A small pot or pan, plates, spoons or forks would have been beneficial.

Clean an comfortable, plenty of parking, close to grocery store and gas stations as well as some restaurants

Great place especially being it was new

My check in was easy and the front desk clerk was excellent. My room was spotless and looked newly renovated. I checked in late in the evening after a day of helping my son move and got straight in to my pajamas. Once in bed I realized the TV didn’t work. I reached for the phone to call the front desk and found no instructions on the phone to call. I wasn’t getting dressed again, so now, no TV and no phone. Once I fell asleep, the room got too cold, so I turned the temp up on the thermostat to find the heat kicked in! Then it would get hot and I’d turn the temp down and I’d freeze. It was one extreme or the other all night! There was nothing but the thinnest coverlet on the bed. Finally, after hoping to sleep in, I was woken up to glaring sun at 7 am with no means to block it out other than the blinds which were already completely closed. The hotel had promise, but it’s clear they have much to do to get it together. What a shame.
