I had the most plesant stay at Midtown West Hotel. Everything was clean and I felt very safe. Roomservice was available at all times as was help from the friendly receptionists.
My room was quiet small but very economic, the bad was extremely cosy and the bathroom sufficient.
In summary and considering the perfect location I highly recommend this place!

Kleines nicht einladendes Hotel, war im zweiten Stock - es war durchgehend laut durch die Straße mit Hupen, Mopeds und lauten Menschen. Gutes und langes schlafen nicht möglich.

O quarto é muito pequeno ! Porem com tudo q é becessario para 2 pessoas
O barulho é o ponto fraco . Meu quarto foi virado para a 8° Ave e é ensurdecedor !

The place was dirty! After spend 200 bucks for a closet I asked management for a late check out due to the fact my train wasn't for an 2 hours after check out and they refused stating that they had painting to do in my room so at 11 sharp the man was pounding on the door screaming for us to get out of he was calling the police which horrifying at the least!!! And the entire hotel was grimy and dirty the stairwells were littered with construction debris and garbage! I do not recommend this hotel not even if your desperate!

Buena opción para economizar en estadía y estar bien ubicado. El alrededor se ve un poco raro, pero el lugar tiene cámaras de seguridad, la cama estaba cómoda y el aire enfriaba muy bien. A pocos minutos del Madison Square Garden y Penn Station, lo que es ideal si vas para conciertos, o si vas a ir y virar en tren al aeropuerto y a las afueras (nosotros fuimos a Citi Field), Y caminar a Broadway también. Definitivamente lo volvería a usar por u ovación/precio.

This hotel is a 4 story walk up in Chelsea. It feels worn out. The rooms are all bed with no closets just coat hooks. Toilet/Shower are so small that the tiny sink was outside of the room. They’re using TV trays to put stuff on. The first room I had a TV that was on a wall that had no relation to the bed. I guess they expected you to use the folding chair they provided. Also my keycard kept demagnetizing and I’d have to come down fix it and walk back up 4 flights. Oh I’m 67 btw. If you were attending an event at Madison Square Garden this hotel would be very convenient but with Penn Station right there lots of homeless. Lastly the area is very noisy and the hotel’s windows do nothing to help.

8 overnatninger og ingen rengøring , værelse var meget lille og der var meget larm, badeværelse var virkelig mini mini, man kunne ikke sidde på toilet da der ikke var plads nok , se billeder , ingen elevator , trapperne sidder løse , så man skal passe på ikke at falde ned, ser meget skummelt ud udefra ligner ikke jeres billeder , ingen kaffe eller noget, som der ellers står på jeres hjemmeside, vil ikke slet ikke anbefale det til andre

Very convenient next to Madison Garden. But has no elevator, rooms are up many flights of stairs. Room is the size of a walk in closet barely can walk around. Bathroom reeked of urine and has no sink, the sink is next to the bed. They never move the bed to clean obviously because that’s where we found the tv remote so who knows how long it was back there for. There’s no phone to call desk, they knock on your door at 11am when it’s check out time. Just a very odd place to stay.

You get what you pay for. The room was tiny, no elevator, and the bed was lumpy. But the price is super low compared to other hotels in the area and it is very conveniently located. Hotel staff were very nice. Fine if you just need a place to crash one night.

Room 406 had no water, bed bugs, and the shower curtain was broken on the floor. The front desk employee told me i would only be offered a different room. No refund. That is appalling. All I asked for was my money back. The front desk employee told me the manager said this herself. This is unprofessional. Please issue me a refund or I will be forced to leave a review online showing these pictures and force a chargeback. This is not how you do business

Väldigt bra pris men trångt i rum och korridorer. Letar man efter ett ställe att bara bo så är detta ok. Men drygt att bära upp tunga väskor för trappor (ingen hiss). Slitna rum, vårt handfat läckte. Men annars rent och så. Ett stort minus är att det är väldigt lyhört i hotellet så man hör tex tv från andra rum. Trafiken utanför är också crazy men det är inget hotellet kan rå för men de är som sagt väldigt lyhört. De erbjuder öronproppar så det var bra 🙏

Proximity to Amtrak and Madison Square Garden make this a good choice for one night only. Very clean; limited outlets; weird beside lamp without swtch. CAUTION: no elevator, although staff will help with luggage.
