Motel 6 Little Rock, AR - Airport

The room was shabby, there were bed bugs. The pool hasn’t had water in it no telling how long. I didn’t stay it was that bad and I cannot get ahold of “management” about a refund. I’m disappointed in the hotel and in hotels.com for not getting me a refund, since it was deplorable and nothing as advertised. I lost $104.00, plus had to pay higher last minute prices to book elsewhere. I will probably never use this site again to book. The “savings” cost me much more in the long run

No daily room care carpet filthy building in bad shape laundry and pool out of service

everything was done on internet did not state it was being redone...asked for smoke free was suppose to be but carpet was full of old smoking smells. all of the room smelled terrible...we were allergic to the smoke...would not refund us anything. no phone in rooms...no ice machines...unfriendly

MAJOR roach infestation! I was in the room less than 5 minutes and immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund, which they refused. I couldn’t stay here after seeing so many. Extremely disappointed in the lack of respect they have for their customers and the facility. If you have to stay here, PLEASE ask to see your room before checking in.

The place was run-down and busted. In short, it was a dump

I did not feel comfortable staying at this property and checked out immediately upon seeing the room, which was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever seen. They don't use pillow or mattress covers so both are unsealed and only covered with the pillowcases and sheets. When I pulled back the sheets to check for bedbugs, the mattress looked like it was decades old and had been recovered from the side of the road, and was covered in bloodstains. The bathroom was dirty and had a leaky tub faucet. It was also a "weekly rate" hotel, and some of the characters living there seemed a bit sketchy, and could smell that some were smoking in their rooms despite the "no smoking" rule the hotel claims to have, and many were just out in the parking lot hanging out. Some places you just know to leave immediately, and this is one of them.

The staff and the manager there are very sweet and they also know how to treat people as they need to be treated.

Excellent customer service at the front desk. Quiet and clean room. Air conditioning was on point especially considering the heat wave going on. Waffle House proximity was an added bonus. Handicap bathroom was gigantic and very open. Bed was huge as well with just the right sink and bounce. Will absolutely use this hotel again as I am in town often for business. No real complaints. Five stars.

It was your basic clean hotel. Really good water pressure in showers and a big, clean, comfortable bed. It did what it needed to do for my overnight stay.

This property is just gross and in poor condition. Holes in the walls and carpet. The safety latch on the door was inoperable. The room didn’t even have a chair. No kleenex in the room and only one partial roll of TP. No fire extinguishers in the safety station. Garbage and cigarette butts outside rooms. The TV was so glitchy that it was unwatchable. No ice machine, no laundry.

The Woman at the check in was wonderful and helpful, the room was very rundown entrance door would barely close and lock bed was clean and comfortable bathroom was filthy mold in tub bathroom door was broken in several places, once the party of hispanic men started in the parking lot in front of my room, I felt unsafe and checked out to go elsewhere. my total stay was less than 5 hours. with no refund.

The facility no longer offeres 2 bed rooms even though was an option when booked thru expedia. I was not able to stay there. I required 2 beds.

We reserved a room with two beds and they didn’t have one, the pool was out of order and our air conditioning wasn’t working plus the room was dirty

It was decent. Worth the money.

No microwave or fridge no phone just everything was wrong

The place was very convenient and safe. I found all facilities mentioned. The only reason i didn't give it five star is because the carpet was wet when i got it and the smell was difficult.

Refused to stay. Dirty filthy sheets had not been washed and there were bed bugs. I ask for a refund was told by night clerk he could not refund. Ask for phone number for manager he said he didn’t have. Ask for Corporate phone number. He also stated he did not have

Never stayed at motel 6 owner said they were under renovation and hotel. Com needs to refund me my money!
