Worst place to ever stay

The bed was a little stiff but it was great everything was clean I wasn't thrilled with the air conditioner it would not Cool the room down even set it 60° We had an issue with the TV and the front desk said that maintenance would be in in the morning but we were really busy our trip was packed and we wouldn't be able to meet with them On our second night half of the hotel room lost electricity we let the front desk know and they wanted to change rooms but it was very late and we had to be up extremely early both days and wouldn't be back till extremely late both days so we chose to just run an extinction cord The staff was friendly just there wasn't much they could do about the situation when we didn't have a lot of time to deal with it

The place was dirty and had bugs, stayed 3 days , they didnt bring clean towels or try to clean the room. Will NEVER stay here again

Floors were dirty, no hairdryer, no shampoo or conditioner. Building is definitely old and appeared to be a few homeless people around the complex. Service was poor. Will not stay there ever again

Sink was plowed and shower was dirty and room smells horrible like cigarette

It was awesome. Clean. Shower was great. Very safe a d relaxing.

There was a noisy refrigerator and the tenants above made noise all night long.

The office staff was pleasant, but you could tell they were having difficulties with the rooms getting cleaned. We overheard other guests having issues with dirty sheets and found out our sheets were also dirty/used. You could clearly tell someone had slept in the bed- hair on pillows, clothing particles and crumbs where the person laid. We didn’t want to bother asking for new sheets because we didn’t think they’d come, so we turn the sheets inside out and went to bed.

My check in took 30 minutes and my room was dirty. It looked like the maid had finished her workday and hadn't finished cleaning the bathroom. The room stank, probably because it was a smoking room.

Its fine, its a motel 6 so its nothing great but i have been to worse.

My air conditioner was out the entire week with 100° weather. I asked for 1 towel. It took 3 days of going to the office to receive it.

A/C didn’t work I never slept all night. I told the girl at the desk and all she said was I’m sorry.

Staff is lovely

No shampoos, room was ok. Staff not helpful

Waste of money for very poor service. The rooom was freaking hot, I couldn’t even stay. I had to switch hotels

It was a 90+ degree day when we stayed. We checked in late, around 11 pm maybe, due to the area and type of people that frequent the area the lobby was closed. Checking in was difficult because we had to speak to the employee theough an intercom and you could barely understand him. Then we get to the room, open the door and are blasted by a wall of hot air. The a/c was broken. We asked to switch roomsand there were none available. The front desk employee said the best they could do was to maybe find us a fan. I used the bathroom and tried to shut the door but the part that latches was missing. It was so hot and miserable we ended up leaving and staying at the newly remodeled super 8 just down the road which was a night and day experience.

The room smelled like cigarettes. No AC. No towels. Could not open our window due to the window screen missing.

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm. We did not get in to our room until 7:00pm. We were told and I quote “I don’t know what to tell ya, we don’t have anything ready for you.” There was a guy next door to us that was outside all night with his phone blasting music and he cut his hand so bad there was blood dripping everywhere the police and paramedics had to come at 2:00am. The next day we went to leave our room only to find blood everywhere in front of our room and a trail going to his room, and blood all over the trash cans.the same guy was standing around outside our room with his pants down passed his knees for so long we had to wait to leave so my 13 year old daughter didn’t see anything that would scar her. There was never less than 10 people standing around in the parking lot.there was a lot of drug activity coming and going from multiple rooms. The staff them selfs appeared to be under the influence of something. Multiple people where working on there cars in the parking lot with the staff hanging out with them. I honestly thought I was being pranked. This was my worst experience ever for my family and I. We will not be back!
