That hotel needs to be condemned. The worst place to ever stay with trash everywhere. It's beyond disqusting and it's horrible how they gouge prices during parent weekend and graduation weekend. Front desk is so slow and unorganized. It's just a complete run down motel. Do not stay if you don't have to.

The front desk staff was very nice and apologetic, this is a place I will not stay in again. My first room was dirty and smelled like smoke despite being non-smoking. The curtains were hanging off the rod and there were no chairs around the table. I got another room which still had a slight smoke smell. The dresser was broken as well as the shower curtain rod. There was only one small wooden chair. The bathroom tub was dirty and there were roaches under the tub seal. The TV did not work. I only stayed as all other hotels were sold out for graduation.

Dirty pubic hair sheets, cockroaches, flying insects, piss and smoke smell are among the highlights of this property . Oh , wait , when we took a shower , my neighbor one floor down , also took a shower. Property refused to refund our money. We will be reporting them to the health department on Monday .

Dirty, broken and ill equipped The only thing nice about it are the two people at the front desk. They were very nice. But the place was filthy. There were no fronts to the drawers. There were no amenities. It was rough. The bathroom was oh my God.

Absolutely Disgusting and Unsafe – Avoid at All Costs! this place should NOT be renting rooms to anyone. The room was in horrible condition. First thing I noticed: the bed was missing a foot, so it tilted every time I sat down. The curtains were broken and didn’t close properly, offering zero privacy. The bathtub was so dirty and stained, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The desk was falling apart, unusable, and the TV remote was broken. On top of all this, the area was extremely noisy all night long and honestly felt unsafe to even walk around. I didn’t sleep at all and felt like I had to check over my shoulder constantly. Do yourself a favor—skip this place entirely. It’s not worth a single cent and should be reported to the health department.

Totally disgusting , dirty and room smelled . Pool wasnt open , no ice machine , no mini fridge . They do not tidy room or replace towels . Had to ask for towels everyday . Place is gross , shady people everywhere

Just what I needed

VERY nice staff, starting with Rodrick at check-in, Taye the next morning, the entire staff aims to please, working with what they've got, an older hotel that needs some basic updating. Our room was clean, the beds very comfortable, basic towels for a decent shower (yes, the fixtures are older, like the old shower/tub, but everything was clean, and water good and hot for a nice shower.) When we got to our room, it smelled like cigarette smoke, so I went back to reception and they very nicely gave us another room a couple doors down, and even though it also had an odor, it was more like French fries so we could live with that...the smell never dissipated, though, so we joked that we'd get to our next destination smelling like food. (And the smell got to be a little more like fried fish...but it was ok.) The biggest problem? NO WIFI at all. It was raining heavily when we arrived, continued through the evening, and when I mentioned to Rodrick that we had no WiFi, he said that this happens when it's raining a lot because they have satellite WiFi, understandable. However, the next morning, gorgeous weather, and still no WiFi...so the manager said they've been having trouble with the satellite reception and that a technician would be out soon...since we were only there one night, OK, but if we'd stayed longer or had business, that would have been unacceptable. There are some sketchy characters who seem to be "residents" yelling outside, but that calmed down by 11pm.

Terrible Terrible place to stay. Place is under renovation and it appears it not going well.

This hotel is filthy. There were roaches, large holes in the walls, a gigantic hair clog in the shower so that the shower would not drain and the tub filled up with hairs. I tried to find another dog friendly hotel in the area, but since there were several conventions occurring in Tally that weekend, nothing else was available. I went and bought cleaning products and cleaned the best I could but there was no cleaning all that hair out of the shower. I was unable to use the shower while I was there and was grossed out by all the roaches.

Owner was ok, room was clean, bed was comfy. They allow pets.
