Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are small compared to other places I have stayed but very clean and perfect if you are exploring and only needing a place to rest your head. Aldermans make a great coffee which is located next to reception. I would definitely stay here again.

La struttura è molto comoda in quanto adiacente a Times Square. Abbiamo soggiornato sei notti. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo anche in relazione alla posizione. Metro vicinissima. Avevamo una camera piccola ma confortevole con un matrimoniale e un letto a castello. Per la nostra esperienza 3 letti non sono facili da trovare in zona Times Square. Pulizia ottima

We had no information about what was offer : 1 Crunch Fitness pass; 1 Citi Bike rental unlimited pass; 2 premium waters.
The hotel staff at the reception never sait "hello" or "good morning".
Bad experience with the personal of the hotel.

What a great location at a [NYC] reasonable price. My 21 year old gymnast daughter positively LOVED the bunk bed above the double!
The bath and shower were TINY…. I get it.. NYC Space…. But I’m a bigger gal. Challenging. And we both disliked the frosted glass that provided little privacy right next to the bed.
Overall I recommend.

The AC went out we had to sleep for two nights in 80+ degrees...three different technicians came out fixed the unit and it would run for a bit and then nothing....finally onnthe last night we demanded a.new room and the ac worked

The room I stayed in was very clean and modern. Location is very central for Manhattan, you can easily walk to Port Authority. And the staff were always friendly and extremely helpful, especially Lika at the front desk reception.

Sehr praktisch gelegenes Hotel direkt am Times Square und somit ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurant mit übersichtlich gehaltener Speisekarte und mit den lokal üblichen hohen Preisen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Bar im 38. Stock offen gewesen wäre.

This is my second time staying here and it’s a great location and great rooms. We have an 11 year old so the queen bed with a bunk bed above is great. The shower/bathroom set up isn’t the best for privacy however. I will say, leave your bags with the bellman at your own risk. it takes an excessive amount of time (this time 30 min) to get them back. Many patrons were frustrated and we nearly missed our train despite giving ourselves plenty of time to retrieve our items.

Cleaned room every day - only one day we had to call and remind them. Newer room interior.
Room is the smallest I have ever stayed in. No clothes cabinet or drawers. Only small hanger at toilet sink that can’t hold a lot. Be prepared to live out of your suitcase under the bed (carry on size).
Bed against outer wall so whoever sleeps there need to snake out of bed. One bed lamp broken.
Near Times Square with all the weirdos. People selling stolen goods, drugs etc.
Friendly staff. OK restaurant but expensive breakfast. Good bar.
Would I stay there again? Hotel is ok as long as you know room is tiny. But probably not, due to Times Square location.

Small but trendy room, perfect for me travelling solo. Appreciated the fan that ran constantly, which drowned out any potential street noise. If you are looking to stay close to Times Square and Broadway theatres, this is a good choice! Was able to leave my luggage on the day of checkout until 6pm, which was very convenient too.

This is a a modern, clean hotel. Note though that very small rooms, more European style but does its job for 2 young people. The area is very convenient and safe, walked at midnight on Times Square, to Broadway shows, next to metro stations. There is a resort fee that you should be aware of like 30$ a day but you can use 10$ from it daily towards food and beverages at the restaurant/bar. The bar is very cozy..
