Never will stay at this property Zero criteria, very rude and have no understanding of the client.

The location was perfect! One can easily work to Times Square, Central Park and the Theatre District! We will stay there again!

I like the location close to the Park and Times Square . I didn’t like they gave us an older room to begin with and it was not a good impression for a nice hotel like the Hilton and especially when they tried to get us investing in one of their properties. However the staff was wonderful to get us a better room.

The view was definitely not Skyline which we paid more for. There were two of us adults who went for an overnight. We have children but were extremely disappointed to be put in a room next to a very large family with adults screaming at their crying kids until midnight then again at 7AM. Very thin walls with the connecting room made for a very unenjoyable stay. I would recommend having a floor for larger parties or for families with kids while giving some peace and quiet to couples who book for two. Room service is basically take out delivered to your room in plastic containers and paper boxes. There’s one chair in the room so we put the ironing board on the bed so the other person could eat on a flat surface. Parking was $117 for hotel guests for one night. Overall just not a great experience.

Elevator upgrades are not optimized yet… large lines form and the elevator assigns too many people into 1 elevator (you can only on the elevator that you are assigned by the system). Very convenient location with Central Park close by. Bar is great (opens at 5). Had a less than pleasant experience at the front desk when checking out (rude staff member) but check in was lovely.

Huge & super comfy rooms, very safe & convenient location, perfect views of the city from upper floors (we stayed on the 28th), plenty of elevators (but it was the US open week so we had to wait on avg. 1 min), OK cafe (where you spend your 35 USD/day/room credit) - overall a very pleasant experience. No room service & the bathroom a tad old. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was amazing the dining in the hotel the staff there really attentive. The cleanliness the professionalism and a great breakfast.

Good location

We had a great stay… however we did not get a clear explanation on the $35 mandatory spent… this could be improved at checking! Also for the price of the room and number of stars, tea and coffee in the room would be greatly appreciated

It was in the heart so you could walk everywhere but parking was 115 dollars per night and for paying almost 600 a night it felt more like a motel 6

Great location, you can walk to Central Park & broadway. Some of the rooms were worn and dated. The elevators during our stay were horrible! Overall it was fine.

I particularly appreciated the ease with which it is possible to reach many iconic places in the city.

Very disappointed. Slow check-in. Long lines. Receptionist with attitude. Dirty carpet. Furnishings need an upgrade desperately.

Best are our breakfast time. Tony, who served us at breakfast, had a perfect approach and entertained our son every morning. The breakfast was rich, and it was exactly what started our day.

This property needs refurbishing, upgrades and better care. I acknowledge it caters to a lot of people at once, yet a few adjustments and details can make it a great place to stay in NYC, as it used to be…

All in all nice stay very expensive for the size of the room and so many Xtra charges but I guess that's a big city for ya

This is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms need an upgrade, they look very old. The walls were thin, could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. The wait times for elevators were long.

This is a huge, busy hotel. Although the staff was friendly and the hotel ran smoothly, I found the overall experience to be loud and busy and too overwhelming
