Q&C was excellent in every way! Quiet location but still close to Bourbon street, and I felt safe the entire time. The bed and room were so comfortable, my friend and I were amazed at how well we slept! Staff was kind and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again.

It’s a good central location. Close to Canal street and the transit. Disappointed that staff don’t acknowledge you when you enter the hotel each time. Beds were very comfy and the shower was really nice. If bugs freak you out then be warned, this hotel has cockroaches. Big ones!

This hotel is the perfect location when traveling with kids. It’s a close walk to everything. The staff are nice and accommodating. We love that they have a water dispenser on our floor. We will definitely stay here again!

I really like that this property is walking distance to the French Quarter and Canal Street. The area is quiet and I felt safe. The lobby has a cozy feel to it and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room I was assigned to had a comfortable king size bed but the bathroom was a little cramped and I’m a tall person. I’m sure if I asked the front desk could have accommodated a room change but I was only staying one night so it was okay.

They couldn’t accept my European Mastercard as a payment method for some reason even though the same card had worked in other places. Fortunately they had ATM (using the same card) and I could pay with cash. Another problem was that they couldn’t see that I had breakfast included. I contacted hotels.com and got that issue resolved quickly, points for hotels.com.
Overall, the hotel was really nice in an old building. The staff in the bar/restaurant was friendly. The breakfast menu was good.

Unfortunately we were there in March and the hotel was not set up for the cooler weather. The air conditioning was permanently on and our only recourse ( noted on a sign by the thermostat) was to request extra blankets. When we made the request the front desk said tgey would " turn up the heat in our room so that we didn't need the blankets. Unfortunately the heat did not come on and we need 3 additional blankets to get through the 4 hours we were staying before we left in the middle of the night.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, le personnel est charmant mais nous avons eu le désagrément d'avoir une chambre pour une semaine au 1 er étage donc bruit de la ville mais passons par contre chambre située en face de la chambre utilisée comme bureau des femmes de chambre des 7h des rires des voix fortes des conversations en audio sur tel ou autre. Bref l'impression que le personnel vivait dans notre chambre avec en prime un réveil précoce. À noter en plein carnaval l'hôtel était complet...
Un jour le ménage n'avait toujours pas été fait à 15h45 nous sommes rentrés nous changer et 30 mn après quelqu'un s'est présent alors que nous nous faisions une sieste bilan pas de ménage pour le prix de la chambre c'est limite.

Small room.
No privacy either inside with a sliding bathroom door
Or outside with doors banging and hearing your neighbors.
They have the shampoo, body wash and conditioner locked up good, getting a few squirts is difficult.
My room was on the 2nd floor in the Crescent building had to be by an air system because I just heard the noise all night.
Across the bar in the lobby with food is solid enough.
Staff is friendly & accommodating.
Would I recommend it?
Only if it fits someone price point.
Would I go back?
No.
